Some of you noble citizens of Regalia may have heard of Lord Jared Kade's intention to subjugate and demonize the proud and holy Foreign Legion - such false allegations and false imprisonment of the proud Unionist and patriot Dominus Charles de Nodier can not be tolerated by the righteous City Commissioners as you have all seen clearly stated the removal of bounties and the release of all held Legion prisoners.

The Foreign Legion now returns to aid in the vampiric crisis and aid the citizens of Regalia as a proud, disciplined, and organized guard charter that will enable the noble citizens of our proud city rest and comfort from the horrors that may attempt to subjugate us all. We come to serve the lawful residents of this proud city.

Furthermore, to once more distance and completely strike all ties from the Blackguard Regiment - or Black Sepulchre Regiment - we were once subjugated and imprisoned by, we will be restructuring one last time. Considering you have cut ties completely with your original State chartered organisation, you are hereby no longer permitted to utilise the Blackguard's charter rights.
