Hello massivecraft community,
Lately, more and more factions start recruiting multiple races. I don't really like this. From my point of view, races are created to be different in:
- Architecture
- Role playing
- Lore
- Behaviour
- Etc
I've also seen factions recruiting all races available (just to become more powerful I guess), but when that happens, then what would be the point of races (+ their "special abilities").
To support my point, I will give you an example:
In a random faction (no name required) the following happens:
"In the peacefull village of unknown, we can find multiple inhabitants: from elves to dwarves, and from maiar to undead". The somewhat stubborn dwarves are best friends with the intelligent
elves.
This just doesn't feel right. Not only because of the lotr movie, but also because of my imagination
I don't really know what to do with it...
If you recognize this, or if you disagree: feel free to comment
