• Inventory Split Incoming

    MassiveCraft will be implementing an inventory split across game modes to improve fairness, balance, and player experience. Each game mode (Roleplay and Survival) will have its own dedicated inventory going forward. To help players prepare, we’ve opened a special storage system to safeguard important items during the transition. For full details, read the announcement here: Game Mode Inventory Split blog post.

    Your current inventories, backpacks, and ender chest are in the shared Medieval inventory. When the new Roleplay inventory is created and assigned to the roleplay world(s) you will lose access to your currently stored items.

    Important Dates

    • April 1: Trunk storage opens.
    • May 25: Final day to submit items for storage.
    • June 1: Inventories are officially split.

    Please make sure to submit any items you wish to preserve in the trunk storage or one of the roleplay worlds before the deadline. After the split, inventories will no longer carry over between game modes.

When is the next update?
Its up in the air at the moment. 1.13 changes how minecraft's ID system works entirely and it wont have backwards compatibility. Ill probably have to convert all the code to the new id system, then release two versions, one for -1.12 and one for 1.13+.

So some time after 1.13 comes out.

We cant just get a release for the content you added already? Might as well release it unless you are holding it for some other reason.

I was going to suggest something similar to paul, like rolls of bandages, items for common alchemical material, worker tools, etc.
 
May we get Bluesteel versions of the other weapons as well? Such as a bluesteel broadaxe, that sort

I don't know too much about farming, but last time I checked you don't hold a sickle by the blade.
 
@Conflee new conquest pack came out with all the shields and whatnot. Honestly aesthetic af and you should check it out.

I have, ill be dragging over the Fancy Gambeson and a couple weapons from it for 3.0, but my shields are going to be 3d modeled so those textures aren't of use for me sadly barring inspiration for style with texturing the faces.

BUT thats a nice Rez for this thread to excuse an announcement:

Im going to be doing some binge work on 3.0 in a couple days, I have two days off in a row that I intend to use to finish the shields and weapon material variations, then ill probably release it either then, or a week later on my 3 day off (which I might use to finish things up and add more props, not sure yet).

So to prevent myself from delaying anymore:

3.0 will be out on April 26th!
No take backsies!
 
Am I the only one that thinks the texture for two arrows looks weird?

Also the inventory icon for hunt leggings doesn't change, but that might just be because I'm using diamond.
