Article I - Upkeep of Royal Monopolies,
This article pertains to Houses Kade, Anahera, the County of Coivra and the Republic of Vicii. The following is a short and concise list of the affected and the effects:

• House Kade retains its monopoly on Grain.
• The Vicii Republic retains its monopoly on Dye, and--
• The County of Coivra hereby has its 'independent model of dyes,' granted to them by Catherine Tyrannian to bypass The Vicii Republic's monopoly, revoked and the full monopoly is restored to Vicii due to Coivra's insubordinate behavior.
• House Anahera's monopoly on opioids is confiscated and held by the State.

Article II - Tax Exemptions

• House Kade shall retain its tax exemption. House Kade's exemption on tax is not merely granted by their status of occupying the Imperial Throne, but also, and primarily, due to practicality. Anglia is a region that relies nearly entirely on grain and is essentially the food storehouse of the entire empire. Without a storehouse stocked with food, we all starve.
• Vixhall shall retain its tax exemption, however, the state does plead to Vixhall to assist by paying a temporary and voluntary sum to offload some of the heavy lifting being performed by House Kade.
• The Monastic State of Athos retains its tax exemption.

Article III - Chancellor's Contingent
Upon taking ample time to evaluate the two previous governments, the Lord Chancellor has arrived at the decision that Contyr's observation of the state is absolutely correct, and regretfully so. For too long the secretariat has lacked a strong military backbone to support itself with and as a result, Regalia has paid dearly. It is because of such a realization that, with what is sure to come across as a much-needed relief, the Lord Chancellor does hereby decree that the decorated recipient of the 'Red Mind' and 'Merit Grand' medals, Faraine Olawenys, is to be appointed as Commandant of The Chancellor's 71st Tenpenny Contingent. The Lord Chancellor will now be confiding in this individual, as well as the future Minister for War, to ensure that the better militarily inclined minds of the Empire are able to express their input directly to, and advise, the Lord Chancellor, which should have always been the case.

Furthermore, the Lord Chancellor wishes to ensure the more militarily inclined states that the government from here on out will be collaborating with the Marshallry Cabinet on a more intimate basis.


Article IV - Drixagh Diet
As remarked in a previous edict, the relationship between Drixagh and the rest of Regalia has always been turbulent; strenuous at its best and catastrophic at its worst. It is due to the heightened tensions within the Empire, or more specifically the escalated conflict brewing between the State and Drixagh, that the Lord Chancellor has taken it upon himself to announce an open diet, and an opportunity, for the faith and culturally relevant people of Drixagh to voice their grievances directly to the head of state.

The Lord Chancellor does, however, wish to remind all in attendance that the point of this diet is not to debate nor disregard the opinions and concerns that will be broached, and that it is entirely an opportunity for the aforementioned people to be better included in the ongoings of and the Empire.
