Article II - Commoner City Council
Article III - Rose Court
Article III - Rose Court
Article I - Pandemic Progress,
The Regalian State has been working tirelessly in its pursuit to bring about an end to this abnormal and catastrophic crisis. Today, it pleases me to announce to the good citizenry of Regalia that favorable progress has been made and that we may very well be nearing a resolution. Thanks to the efforts of the Imperial Dragon, the soul-curse which rendered us blind to the presence of these so-called 'Clickers' has been lifted and we are now able to see them.
The Regalian State has determined that there are approximately forty to fifty 'Clickers' remaining in the Imperial Isle. With this being said, it is important to note that increased vigilance and caution should be practiced nonetheless; visible or not, these creatures have proven themselves to be strong and clever adversaries. If you are ill-equipped for confrontation with these creatures, the Regalian State implores you to remain indoors and out of harm's way.
Article II - City Council,
The City Council is a newly created government body and has been delegated the responsibility of assisting the Lord Chancellor with city-planning, but also improving the quality of life of the Crown Isle's inhabitants. Their responsibilities include:
1. Hosting assemblies for the purposes of collecting input from the city's residents.
2. The distribution of licenses for and the regular inspection of medical establishments such as hospitals, clinics, apothecaries, and therapy and wellness centers.
3. Maintenance of government buildings.
4. Advising the Lord Chancellor on the implementation of necessary city-related laws.
Those who are interested in joining the City Council should address a letter to the Lord Chancellor posthaste, detailing why they wish to join and what they have to offer. Those proficient in medicine and alchemy are desirable. 2. The distribution of licenses for and the regular inspection of medical establishments such as hospitals, clinics, apothecaries, and therapy and wellness centers.
3. Maintenance of government buildings.
4. Advising the Lord Chancellor on the implementation of necessary city-related laws.
Article III - Rose Court,
The Lord Chancellor would like to take this opportunity to address those who regularly visit the Rose Court district, but most especially those who have been peddling their malicious and erroneous vitriol. Per my last edict, I had decided in my wisdom to extend an olive branch to those who have shown themselves to be disgruntled with the Regalian State and peerage, in the hope of mending their perceived grievances. I was, however, disappointed but not surprised to see that these individuals were apathetic towards this gesture of goodwill. They have bent and twisted this olive branch, testing its resolve, measuring how long it will take for this olive branch to break. This olive branch is nearing the point of splintering. I have permitted you all to enjoy yourselves freely, without the worry of being prosecuted for your degenerate and debauched habits for as long as they remain in Rose Court. But I will not be made a mockery of. I have a limit to how much Jacobin and heretical filth I am willing to tolerate, and when the threshold of my limit is crossed, there will be consequences.
Signed by,
His Eminence
Lord Chancellor of the Regalian Empire
Grand Duke of Basta-Irvelle
