Inquisitions have always existed within our city. Such is life. Heretics and Jacobins must be punished. Incompetence must be punished as well.
On The Topic Of The Inquisition
I write this with a heavy heart, for this inquisition had been promising, at first. Fine individuals such as Wilheim of Koln were present, and he still remains one of the few men who I actively trust in the Order. However, if this current path keeps up, I do not believe this Inquisition will last for long, or will end up one of the worst remembered, to date, for their incompetence and malicious acts.

Such Acts Include:
- Not only actively sowing unrest, but the failure to put down the resulting riot, and beating a hasty retreat to the Stronghold, and making the Arcanum Order clean up the mess.
- Waterboarding and torturing a Unionist, Ailor, Pavise who had been involuntarily dread bound, before removing the curse.
- Active misuse of Puretek, such as firing the holy weapons at random civilians at the Nook and Cranny during a drunken fit.
- Actively attempting to force false confessions out of prisoners, in an attempt to slander other Guard Commanders and remove them from their office.
- Beating, torturing, and chaining a first civil status citizen for accidentally dropping a candle, and starting a small fire, which caused minimal damage after being put out.
- Hiring a 'Grand Arcanist' who has ruined samples from the rift, and actively seeks to cure Url of their beastly state, stating their disregard for the tensions that will ensue between the State and the Gemina Order.
- Performing an act condemned by close to half the churches of The Conclave as heresy, which was the recital of a sacrament of rejection by someone who was neither a Reverend or other man of Holy Cloth.
- Degrading the legal definition of 'heretic' by calling anybody who opposes them legally, rather than morally, such.
- Intentionally escalating conflicts and tensions between Guard Charters.
- Attempting to move aberrant prisoners to the Stronghold, which holds no purestone to contain their abilities, rather than Greygate.
- Actively threatening first civil status citizens for minor infractions.
- Willingly entering a place of business and destroying property without due reason.
- General disrespect of the Public.
- General disrespect of the Men of Holy Cloth.
- Telling a Reverend to be 'silent.'
However, the Inquisition is salvageable, if they cease these current activities and make an immediate change to their plotted course of action to achieve their goals. In addition, they have not been aided by the men and women of Oldtown, who have committed their own infractions which will lead to higher scrutiny from other Guard Charters.

On the Topic Of Oldtown
Oldtown has, traditionally, been a hotbed of crime and degeneracy, due to the inherent nature of their living conditions and a lack of Guard Charters acting, or being able to act in the past. However, Oldtown has increasingly been growing rowdy, with a rise of less than favorable actions.
Such Acts Include:
- Actively criticizing and purposefully undermining the activities of Guard Charters, and transversely, the state.
- Active calls to rebellion against the Inquisition.
- Active calls to rebellion in general.
- Support of Kathar and their Void Tainted Allies.
- Heresy of large magnitudes, such as Void Worship and sympathizing with vampires and werebeasts.
- Regularly hosting nuisances, and encouraging their behavior.
- Generally being degenerates.
- Regularly giving hard times to Guards, which is not so much an infraction, but more so being rude and generally not smiled upon.
Any who perform these acts, will be sought out, and punished accordingly, for the laws they break. Squabbling children will be disciplined until they either stop acting up, or cannot act up due to the restraints and punishments applied. This is a warning. To both parties. Heed it.
