A Proclamation from the Black Sepulchre

To the Citizenry and Guard Chapters of Regalia, -

The Foreign Legion has illegally seized goods belonging to the entirety of the Red Citadel and as such stand charged of breaking the following Common, Property, and Capital Laws.

• To act with intention to conspire against the State, is illegal
• To steal or damage belongings of other Regalians, is illegal.
• To trespass on private property of a Regalian Citizen, is illegal
  
• To possess items deemed illegal or contraband in the State, is illegal.
• To violate the safety of the Regalian State, and to harbor intentions to seize with armed forces the civil government, and with adequate presented proof, is punished by quartering

As such, a bounty is placed on all members of the Foreign Legion, in particular, one Charles de Nodier and any other conspirators calling themselves "Legionnaires". These individuals are to be seen as terrorists and should be captured alive for later judgment. Any Guard Chapter or freelance bounty hunter is hereby tasked with tracking these members down, with a 100 regal reward for each Legionnaire captured alive, to be distributed by Lord Kade upon their capture.
