• Inventory Split Incoming

    MassiveCraft will be implementing an inventory split across game modes to improve fairness, balance, and player experience. Each game mode (Roleplay and Survival) will have its own dedicated inventory going forward. To help players prepare, we’ve opened a special storage system to safeguard important items during the transition. For full details, read the announcement here: Game Mode Inventory Split blog post.

    Your current inventories, backpacks, and ender chest are in the shared Medieval inventory. When the new Roleplay inventory is created and assigned to the roleplay world(s) you will lose access to your currently stored items.

    Important Dates

    • April 1: Trunk storage opens.
    • May 25: Final day to submit items for storage.
    • June 1: Inventories are officially split.

    Please make sure to submit any items you wish to preserve in the trunk storage or one of the roleplay worlds before the deadline. After the split, inventories will no longer carry over between game modes.

That explains why you were there. It does not explain why Spectec was there, which is to whom that reply was addressed to.
 
Nice vid man! Seems like you can handle the camera very well, IDEA, role play videos just a thought but really nice video.

If you needed Spectec, Lord_Archangel, Austinrules, Yapudetofu, Gridiron, ImineNewbs, Assembly123, and Alj23 to fight just myself and Relentless (Relentless didn't even bother to put armor on) then you are really overrating us to an order of magnitude above what we actually are.

Also. this negates the whole notion that all Spectec ever wanted is peace. Am I wrong? Besides that instance, he also showed up at our base to welcome "Grixer" back. Which in and of itself was nothing but a raid 4 lulz, which failed anyway.

Incorrect! Spectec tried to contact Gnarff.. Ulumulu, and Gridiron multiple times to work something out before any attacks were launched. They ignored him, and the many mails he sent. We had no intention of starting a war until after Gridiron looted the Magnanimus /f home, abusing the Ally permissions that were set.

I don't believe it was a fail. Our combined force smashed through and broke countless set's of your armor. We killed multiple people, while I believe that none or 1-2 people died on our side, I can't remember the exact number. Care to enlighten me, seeing as you know all and seem to be keeping count of everything? I think anyone would call that a win/win. At one point you ended up calling Alamut and Invictus, making it a fair 5v5, whereas we still did good.

Grixer, in recent, spectec has been good to me. He has since apologized for his behavior to me so many weeks ago. Osai is in support of the 9th, and his defenders, for the simple fact that the Caesar and his legionaries have always supported Osai to the fullest, even taking on enemies such as TheFree without question. Osai will, for all ages, support the 9th.

This is a declaration of brotherhood (and sisterhood!), as I have stated with a poem by Hughs-can-Write. However you interpret it is up to you. This Brotherhood will stand against those who wish to bring harm to its brethren. This is the definition of brothers.

Sheesh... Tom, you can't put quotes around Veteran when you talk to Iko, he's been around for 11 months... just like you. I on the other hand can put quotes around Veteran because I've been around 6 months longer then both of you "Veteran" players. Tehehe.

Even though I don't think this thread should continue being a bitch fight over the war at hand,
keep in mind the looting was after Ghiscari and Valorian raided us and demanded max tribute and enslavement.

This flaming is pointless considering it's a thread about a nicely made video by the veterans of Valyria. All of those who wish to continue flaming, go make another thread, and please leave comments about the video here, but ONLY about the video.
 
Why is no one commenting about the video? IT was a great video and would have been only made better if it had me in it. :D It's annoying to see a bunch of PVP factions complain about who back-stabbed who when. Next person with over 1500 axes that comments please just take this in mind first.

I commented about the video, I mentioned how when not knowing the backstory of it, I interpreted it as insurgent language against the staff.

I love how a video (That was a great video mind you) about the servers vets can spark a huge political argument over who, what, when, where, why, how, people/factions did this for this reason... I love you guys and your poltics. :P

Ghiscari did not ask for enslavement or for max tribute. the terms were 600s (your max is 660s) and we also noted that we were willing to negotiate.
 
In terms of the video, you should be one of the voiceactors for later videos that I heard Ulumulu needed. You also handle the camera very well, and that should be acknowledged as well.

In terms of the thread's content, it really is just rude to continue this discussion. You can take it to another thread, but not this one. This one is too good for your dumb, petty, and childish arguments.

Relentless Soviet made the entire video. People seem to be received by the fact of me posting it. The video is on his YouTube channel. So please by all means compliment him, he would most likely appreciate it.

I hope you noticed that Ikorolch was the first one to post something concerning war on this thread. Untill then, it had been completely about the video, yet here comes Valyria (Ikorolch) once again, starting some political/war crap.
