• Inventory Split Incoming

    MassiveCraft will be implementing an inventory split across game modes to improve fairness, balance, and player experience. Each game mode (Roleplay and Survival) will have its own dedicated inventory going forward. To help players prepare, we’ve opened a special storage system to safeguard important items during the transition. For full details, read the announcement here: Game Mode Inventory Split blog post.

    Your current inventories, backpacks, and ender chest are in the shared Medieval inventory. When the new Roleplay inventory is created and assigned to the roleplay world(s) you will lose access to your currently stored items.

    Important Dates

    • April 1: Trunk storage opens.
    • May 25: Final day to submit items for storage.
    • June 1: Inventories are officially split.

    Please make sure to submit any items you wish to preserve in the trunk storage or one of the roleplay worlds before the deadline. After the split, inventories will no longer carry over between game modes.

Hi! So you've clicked on this thread. That's great. So basically I wanted to bring out more music into Massive, because I kinda got a little bored for no reason. I decided to start my very own little music festival. I'll set up prizes for competitors, and the rules. Here we go!

What is this?
  • This is a small event on the forums, not in role-play. I basically wanted to start a competition. Just not with swords. With music. You, have you to create something related to role-play, but with music. Yeah!
Can I just take off someone's cover and post it here?
  • Absolutely not.
What are the prizes?
  • Depending on how many people are interested, I think I'll /try/ to host several judges. I don't want to make it really biased. The prizes will be regals.

So basically. You can do covers of songs with any instruments that you can play. In fact, you can also do original songs of your own. If you want to compete with other people, then just post the link of it on the bottom and tag me in it so I can add a list of people who want to compete.

EDIT: This will last about a month or two, since I realized that it's going to take a while.

Things you can do!
- Sing!
- Dance!
- Play instruments!
- Do duets or collaborations!
- Team up with competitors to fuck with other competitors so they lose!


Things you can't do!
- Team up with every competitors.
- Use apps to edit your voice with singing, unless if it's to clip audio or add some weird shit.
- Rip off someone's cover. You must show me proof that you yourself have done the cover or original piece yourself!​

If I could sing or play an instrument, or if I was creative enough, I'd definitely make something for here. :)

Unfortunately, I can't do/am not those things. :(

This somehow brought out my memory of me singing a song with my brother on the guitar, oh the nostalgia is strong.
 
Here's a question: Can it be a dance? Like if I choreographed a dance to a song and deemed it Dance of the Mekett, would that count? Or does it need to be directly music related?

I've been meaning to choreograph Aloria-inspired dances for awhile... XD

I'm actually really excited to see what people come up with, also I love this idea because it gives people an alternative to express themselves on the forums other than just writing a story or selling goods.

Dhdhdndndjene dni words can not express the excite.
 
This looks like a lovely idea, now I shall confine myself to a piano till I have my current piece learnt!~

Hehe... An out-of-tune piano doesn't make for happy ears... although I love playing the piano but oh well
Maybe I should try singing.

This is such a cool idea, too!
 
I plan to post an entry. It may be a composition or a performance, I don't yet know which.
 
Would a duet be available, perhaps one person writes, but has a horrid singing voice, so someone else signs. Would that be acceptable?
