MassiveCraft will be implementing an inventory split across game modes to improve fairness, balance, and player experience. Each game mode (Roleplay and Survival) will have its own dedicated inventory going forward. To help players prepare, we’ve opened a special storage system to safeguard important items during the transition. For full details, read the announcement here: Game Mode Inventory Split blog post.
Your current inventories, backpacks, and ender chest are in the shared Medieval inventory. When the new Roleplay inventory is created and assigned to the roleplay world(s) you will lose access to your currently stored items.
Please make sure to submit any items you wish to preserve in the trunk storage or one of the roleplay worlds before the deadline. After the split, inventories will no longer carry over between game modes.
Yeah we used to do that back in Ithania Raptum until someone missed a chunk and half my storage was accessible to enemies who used to be in the faction.
This way is just easier is all.
I can agree to this. It's a bit of a headache to see it all yeah.
Just because something doesn't add a lot doesn't mean it's not a good idea... if anything, the fact that this idea doesn't have a lot of downsides or drawbacks says more to me. There's something about PVP factions and the way people move around that wouldn't make me comfortable storing my stuff there. Regardless if it's me moving around or leadership moving around. I think this idea will allow people to be more loyal without risk of losing their stuff or builds.dont know what more it could bring to the table. I made storage rooms for players in my faction and used the f access to allow only certain players to the faction facilities/storage rooms. Also used perms so people cant build unless they have access to specific chunks.

yeah I thought of it before making my faction this way. What about a better way to see who has access to the chunks instead? (if its possible of course) Cause right now the way of seeing who has access to certain chunks is quite painful even more if you have a big faction.
So it doesn't actually give the same result. I would not have control over my stuff in your idea... so if I was no longer in the faction I would risk losing my stuff all the same as nowI never said this wasnt a good idea. I suggested something to get the same result..
I think its still something that should be consideredI'm going to Necro this thread
Is this still something players want? If so, I can put it forward in the game department .
