• Inventory Split Incoming

MassiveCraft will be implementing an inventory split across game modes to improve fairness, balance, and player experience. Each game mode (Roleplay and Survival) will have its own dedicated inventory going forward. To help players prepare, we’ve opened a special storage system to safeguard important items during the transition. For full details, read the announcement here: Game Mode Inventory Split blog post.

Your current inventories, backpacks, and ender chest are in the shared Medieval inventory. When the new Roleplay inventory is created and assigned to the roleplay world(s) you will lose access to your currently stored items.

    Important Dates

    • April 1: Trunk storage opens.
    • May 25: Final day to submit items for storage.
    • June 1: Inventories are officially split.

Please make sure to submit any items you wish to preserve in the trunk storage or one of the roleplay worlds before the deadline. After the split, inventories will no longer carry over between game modes.

Pacing back and forth, doctrines, traditions and court regulations. The Imperial Commander on duty paced down the hallways of the Grand Prince of the Ithanian Realm's palace while his Emperor spoke with the Grand Prince about war funding. The muffled speech was inaudible, but the clinking of the expensive wine glasses and the servants marching in with rare vintages was all he needed to know. Some corridors down, the Emperor's father was talking with a couple of Dwarven emissaries from the Great Enginus. They had conceived of some sort of metal horse powered with fire and black smoke that could deflect arrows and shoot cannon fire. It all seemed so surreal that his family was doing all this work gathering intelligence, finances and manpower for the war, and he was stuck patrolling a hallway. At least the marble floors were nice, he could pretend the black tiles were lava and hop-skip around them.

After about an hour or two, the Emperor made his exit, smiling, while the Grand Prince looked positively intoxicated. The Emperor's father also marched out of his room with stacks of papers under his arm, and the trio marched down to the harbor where a fanfare was already announcing their departure. The Imperial entourage boarded the ship and the large purple sails unfurled, casting off the ropes and setting sail back to the Imperial city. All support manageable from the colonies had been gathered, now it was time to champion the cause at the home front, and to gather the manpower for the coming storms of this unfamiliar enemy.

The Emperor had devised a plan to draw the enemy into a trap on the Curag Fields, the plan was to gather a large quantity of imprisoned mages together as bait for the fog creatures, and then to unleash the full military might of the Regalian Empire in combination with the remnants of the Torse army to retake the Kingdom of Torse. Following behind the Imperial fleet were the ships from Daendroque, Ithania, Norskag, Ellador, Arvost, Lusits and many other smaller dependencies. There were even some Dwarven, Orc and Elven ships sailing in the same direction, each with the same goal in mind, though with different motivations. The Commander felt proud of the Emperor, he had managed to maneuver all these people with all these different ideals and ideas and plans into the same current, one towards victory against this unknown threat.

When the ships moored in Regalia, the news quickly spread to the people. The battle of the Curag Fields would take place within a few days. All available noble commanders and knights were called to arms under the Regalian banner and all retinues and levied troops were asked to prepare for deployment. The Arch-Chancellor was tasked with the battle planning, though the exact formations were already provided. He was to create three central columns, two right flank columns on horseback and two left flank columns with pike and shield formations and finally one column behind for artillery command. No limit was set to retinues and instead of attaching tacticians to commanders, tacticians were to be attached to the tactical corps, a new military doctrine being developed to increase military cooperation.

With war looming, the State Council offered free shipping of noble infants and children and women to the Hivre Haute Puisse in Ithania. The Imperial family immediately shipped all members of their dynasty below the age of 17 off to Ithania, with the exception of Lady Astrid Kade who was retained to provide morale for the Lo-Kade retinues shipping out.

Finley, sitting in his Regalian office at the Walerius Winery managing various business accounts, would eye a young courier entering announced with the notice, eyes wide with urgency.
...

Upon reading, immediately Finley would write a response and letter to the Arch-Chancellor...

The the Most Glorious and Esteemed Arch-Chancellor Ulric Typhonus,

I, Finley Walerius, on behalf of the Walerius Family and in the place of my current preoccupied brother Earl Freidrich Walerius of Turall, with deepest regards, wish to pledge my sword arm to the Navy as Rear Admiral in light of recent developments at the Curag Fields. In addition, I would pledge my three brigs, currently docked off the Crown Isle's Coast, in service. Also of interest, we have a small force in Turall we are willing to send off in service of the Emperor, as well as my son, Theodore Walerius and my nephew, William Walerius, both located in Regalia in service as well. These are dark yet exciting days indeed, and I hope to have Turall's ships, men, family, and of course myself present in the growing conflicts which press heavily on us all. I fought in the Chryssant Wars, and eagerly await the opportunity to serve yet again in service of the Emperor.

I eagerly await your response, and ready my ships and family to ever-glorify The Reich.

The Emporer's Faithful Servant,

Rear Admiral and Patron of House Walerius
Voice of the Earldom of Turall
Finley William Walerius

RULE, REGALIA, REGALIA RULES THE WAVES!

God save our gracious Kades!
Long live our noble Kades!
God save the Kades!
Send them victorious,
Happy and glorious,
Long to reign over us:
God save the Kades!

O Lord our Kades arise,
Scatter their enemies,
And make them fall:
Confound their politics,
Frustrate their knavish tricks,
On you our hopes we fix:
God save us all.

Your choicest gifts in store,
On them be pleased to pour;
Long may they reign:
May they defend our laws,
And ever give us cause,
To sing with heart and voice,
God save the Kades!

Im not sure if special permissions people- army positions- were sent away or not.

I feel like everyone is just going to be trampled under this foggy, Estel thing.

And my poor lizard hasn't even learned to make cookies!

Ithania is only useful for it's sun, good for vineyards, and its cheese, good with wine. Other than that, its no place for a proper Regalian lady such as the Walerii women to visit. Much safer to remain in the fortified holy city.

Or have the Luft von Adrienne parked in Regalia for a last minute flee anytime.

Wait, I just remembered something (well, found a reminder of it in the wiki). We're all assuming that since it's a statue, it's Estel, but we can't entirely rule out its being Behesael... because remember, during the Harvest Festival, Behesael was trapped in a statue too.

Of course the Regalian Army will prevail, when do they not?

-Conveniently orders his fleets to remain docked at the Holy City, and his family ready to 'Go on Holiday'-
