• Inventory Split Incoming

MassiveCraft will be implementing an inventory split across game modes to improve fairness, balance, and player experience. Each game mode (Roleplay and Survival) will have its own dedicated inventory going forward. To help players prepare, we’ve opened a special storage system to safeguard important items during the transition. For full details, read the announcement here: Game Mode Inventory Split blog post.

Your current inventories, backpacks, and ender chest are in the shared Medieval inventory. When the new Roleplay inventory is created and assigned to the roleplay world(s) you will lose access to your currently stored items.

    Important Dates

    • April 1: Trunk storage opens.
    • May 25: Final day to submit items for storage.
    • June 1: Inventories are officially split.

Please make sure to submit any items you wish to preserve in the trunk storage or one of the roleplay worlds before the deadline. After the split, inventories will no longer carry over between game modes.

So, I've been building recently, and it's difficult to make something look good in every resource pack. Not wanting my efforts to be wasted, I decided to consult the community and see what you wonderful people use most. So, if you'd be so kind, please just post whatever one you use below, and I'll tally them up. :)

P.s. Please don't be like "Dis is Massivecraft! We ohbfiously use Masseev Texture! FlamhaxorsRAWR!"

I think that 'Massivecraft' and 'Default' are the most common.
I know that I, Rooseus and SaintsDemon use 'Massivecraft' anyways.

Massivecraft. Occasionally I might use the default in a weak moment, but things should look good in both in my opinion. Otherwise, Massivecraft, and only Massivecraft.
I might as well say here that Massivecraft is the best resource pack I have ever seen, period by a long shot. I have seen interesting ones, awesome ones, and other ones, but Massivecraft is still the best.

I use the Plast Pack for PvP, since it keeps the flames low on the screen so you can still see and hit your enemies. It is almost exactly like Default besides some minor changes in the weapons to make them thinner so you can see more, too.
For general use, I use default or Massive.

I also really like Sphax and Soartex Fan Version, but don't use them frequently.

I use the official massivecraft textures aswell. I have seen a few people use sphax, but other than that I'm pretty sure people generally use massivecraft, something similar to massivecraft, or default.

I use the MassiveCraft texture pack, default, or a custom MassiveCraft texture pack (only for personal use and testing) with softer rain sounds, carpet CTM, and am trying different gui icons.

I used Massivecraft, regardless of what I am doing massive. I like to build with massivecraft pack on massive, but on any other server or singleplayer I use default. This is because I know that the majority of people on massivecraft use massivecraft texturepack, so I need to make sure that what I am building looks the best that it can to the eyes of the viewer.

I don't really think anybody would do that, since it is a reasonable question. I speak for myself though.

I think your best bet would be to build something in the Massivecraft resource pack seeing as that is what this world is. and no matter what you aren't going to be able to make something look good in every resource pack.

I use default. I am very picky when it comes to textures and while default isn't the best looking it's easy to look at. Massivecraft's causes a slight bit of lag, but worse than that it changes a few items around so when I look in my chests I can make heads or tails at a glance. I occasionally go on a binge a look up a bunch for the heck of it. It's always the same though. Either it changes too much or it causes lag.

What is this resource pack you speak of? Never heard of such a thing. If in the off chance you mean a texture pack, default or faithful.

I figured that most people would either use default or Massive. I tend to build stuff in Default, and it usually looks nice in Massive. If I build in Massive, it just looks plain weird in Default.
