• Inventory Split Incoming

MassiveCraft will be implementing an inventory split across game modes to improve fairness, balance, and player experience. Each game mode (Roleplay and Survival) will have its own dedicated inventory going forward. To help players prepare, we’ve opened a special storage system to safeguard important items during the transition. For full details, read the announcement here: Game Mode Inventory Split blog post.

Your current inventories, backpacks, and ender chest are in the shared Medieval inventory. When the new Roleplay inventory is created and assigned to the roleplay world(s) you will lose access to your currently stored items.

    Important Dates

    • April 1: Trunk storage opens.
    • May 25: Final day to submit items for storage.
    • June 1: Inventories are officially split.

Please make sure to submit any items you wish to preserve in the trunk storage or one of the roleplay worlds before the deadline. After the split, inventories will no longer carry over between game modes.

I have recently seen Aegyptus, and it looks, abandoned and sad, it seems brett is done with it, and its such a nice fort to be left alone, if it either wont be restored or anything else, i suggest that it becomes a warp and that at least the roads are finished. It is a proud symbol of massive craft and i think it should at least be finished. "It used to be the most powerful faction in massive craft, now its a ghost town"

Doesn't it just bring back the memories?[DOUBLEPOST=1350615786][/DOUBLEPOST]An event hosted at this place would be Interesting. Maybe a pvp battle-out for "rule of the throne"

Well, were working on trying to get Aegytus in te 2 yer massivecraft event if that make you feel any better. There also used to be a /warp aegyptus so people could check it out. But I agree with you, it does seem a little unused at the moment.

Good, because not only is it unused but it is unfinished and it looks a tad odd with half of the city full of houses and the other half a wasteland. There also used to be a warp aegyptus, but it disappeared.

I said there used to be a /warp aegyptus XD ^^^

will donate sandstone if thats the reason reconstruction stopped ?

Reconstruction stopped because we had reconstructed everything there was to reconstruct. Aegyptus was unclaimed briefly, semi-griefed/destroyed, it has been restored to the state it was in while claimed. We were not attempting to continue the construction of Aegyptus, only to restore it. Aegyptus wasn't completed when RisingSun abandoned it and I don't think it's anyone's place to attempt to finish it. I'm not sure how a pvp event would work, but it would be nice to be used for SOMETHING. If it's not carried over in the far distant future when Ceardia is deleted, maybe the staff can pull another Lukkerdam. :P

As an original member of Rising Sun/Aegyptus that was the original state of it before Cearadia was opened. When we moved worlds we couldn't find a suitable place to transfer it and I had left leadership to Happy by that time. Main reason it was unfinished is PJBlue went inactive and he was the main builder of the houses general area. Red was the one building the towers and most everyone else was busy clearing out the underground/F home area. The main temple part is "finished" as in the exterior, but the interior we kinda left as is.

I was given door/switch rights but never build rights to it because I was told Syko was the only able to do that at the time.

Also it was abandoned due to to many factions stripping the surrounding desert of sand and building way to close to it, and the members at the time not wanting to listen and build with the overall theme. Two members took it upon themselves to build floating houses and waterfalls which were destroyed later on.

I'd be up for continuing the construction of it, but I feel as if TheWall/TheElders area in Daendroc is Rainsman original vision which he has slowly built over the past few months. I just don't think it needs to be destroyed like Lukkerdamn or anything like that since it is older.

thats a shame, i always thought it would look amazing if ever finished. havent a clue for pvp in there its too plain, if they finished it they could have it as city themed arena or they could leave it the way it is and use it fot treasure hunts maybe

well with the amount of lag massive has now parkour might be a bit difficult

Why should Aegyptus be treated different than all the other once great factions that are dead now?

Just world-edit the entire thing to Air and have done with the ugliest place on massivecraft.

0.0.... erm is there history with Aegyptus and Hardy?

I made a popular Discussion =^_^=, also, the wall faction above grounds is a colossal wall that surrounds a small collection of mountains.

Is that the giant wall where the outside is covered in lava? The walls are open on one side, so it's easy to walk in, but it's a long walk out if you're just trying to get farther north.
Thats WEST of deanshore. Look up above dean shore. Its actually called TheWall.
Not any weird type of "lava" wall

Its a medioker, old and unfinished faction base. Perhaps time to move on? :P

could anyone purchase such a wonder if they promised to keep within its theme ?

That is why i created this, so i can woo the ops into letting me have it if i cared so much about it XD.[DOUBLEPOST=1351632034][/DOUBLEPOST]Cuz i love it, you would never love it

You can be as optimistic as you want, but mods have shown no enthusiasm, so what's probably going to happen is:
1. It will stay protected in a safezone
2. It will be a tourist destination, as it already is.
3. It will most likely not be transferred from Ceardia.
Two of the mods in this thread have expressed no desire to keep it, I doubt it'll be transferred, or that the staff will be willing to spend their time on something that they don't think is worth it.
