Varran Creative Update

This was due for quite a while, but we never got around to it. I found a morning to squeeze some time in:

• Varran now have a birth dualism dictated by whether they are born during the day or night. Day born Varran are so called Khent Varran, while night born Varran are so called Esetu Varran.
• Previously Male Varran could only be Muscular, now:
  • Khent Varran are toned or athletic
  • Esetu Varran are ripped or muscular
• Previously Female Varran could only be average or toned, now:
  • The same regulations apply as above, but they have slightly more effeminate forms
• Previously Male Varran could not cast magic, but females could, now:
  • Neither can cast magic (largely done to balance the high proficiency number gain, and for deep lore reasons)
• Previously Varran tail was kind of impractical or barely used.
  • Made prehensile now, like the Allar.
• Previously it wasn't clear whether Varran were allowed to have multi color coats
  • Expanded multi color viability for the approved colors.
