֎ Usque Galenas ֍
Usque Galenas is a syndicate made up of criminal gangs vying for power. Of these, perhaps the most notable is Ella Ssola'nnosa nnei Ssane, who lead the syndicate and control the other gangs, and have been seen in their all-too-familiar purple uniforms by many. Those subjugated are often allowed to freely attack other gangs that have been taken over, and can earn Ssane's favour - and quite a number of privileges with it.
Usque Galenas was, to begin with, a pair of gangs working together. Llewellyn's pirates, and the then-unnamed gang of Shendar now known as Ella Ssola'nno ess'a Ssane, formed it to protect their mutual interests, and it quickly became a relatively dominating force. They went through numerous ups and downs, gradually seizing more and more power, and even taking over the tavern within the sewer. After the deathlings rose and took over, Usque set themselves up beyond the walls of the city, in an abandoned ruin, moving a fair deal of their equipment there for a time as their leaders feared Lo had planned the worst.
And the worst came. The sewer was collapsed, but it wasn't enough to get rid of Usque forever. Due to their expectations of such an event, as well as their safe hideout for their equipment, they were able to hold onto much of what was theirs compared to other gangs, even if they did still lose quite a bit - something they fully intend to take advantage of in order to remind the rest of the undercity that they're around, and that they have every intention of subjugating anyone in their way.

Application isn't for individuals; apply to the gang you want to join on their thread if they have one. Ssane isn't open for applications, joining is purely IC.
Gangs, however, can apply to join - and most likely will be accepted. However, note that unless Ssane actively seeks to bring you in, you probably won't be getting any special privileges from them IC aside from not being attacked.
