Shine brightly for all those who walk that trail at Night.
Be the guardian of scared Children and wary Travelers.
Ward away villainous people whom might otherwise attack in the Dark.
When he who steps into the Night feels fear for the Unknown,
stand Strong.
When the sky falls with watery rains,
Shine through the thick downpour and Light the way.
For those that would abstain from getting their nightly meal,
you will Provide them Comfort and Assurance.
For the lost child,
be there in the Night for him to hug as you give off Warm Rays.
Bare the Cold, Frozen Winters,
and the Blazing Heat of Summers.
Guard sleeping soldiers,
and Expose criminals of the Night.
Battle the plant life for decades as it slowly tears you apart.
Be there for a couple in Doubted Love,
and Provide them with just enough Light to regain Faith in each other once more.
Wage War upon the creeping Darkness that is the Night,
and Force it back as you are Surrounded.
Persist.
