• Inventory Split Incoming

MassiveCraft will be implementing an inventory split across game modes to improve fairness, balance, and player experience. Each game mode (Roleplay and Survival) will have its own dedicated inventory going forward. To help players prepare, we’ve opened a special storage system to safeguard important items during the transition. For full details, read the announcement here: Game Mode Inventory Split blog post.

Your current inventories, backpacks, and ender chest are in the shared Medieval inventory. When the new Roleplay inventory is created and assigned to the roleplay world(s) you will lose access to your currently stored items.

    Important Dates

    • April 1: Trunk storage opens.
    • May 25: Final day to submit items for storage.
    • June 1: Inventories are officially split.

Please make sure to submit any items you wish to preserve in the trunk storage or one of the roleplay worlds before the deadline. After the split, inventories will no longer carry over between game modes.

Recently the yogscast put out a video (
the adventure map the lost potato. In this video they used a texture pack near exact to the massivecraft texture pack. Now this asks a question: have we and the c.e.o of massivecraft been riped off by some phoney texture artist who just changed a few textures on a existing texture pack or has someone taken our textures changed then and passed it off as their own? Either way massive craft has been cheated and its not right.

It was a mix of several different texture packs, the makers were given credit for the texture packs massivecraft's pack was based off of. Even if it is a mix i'm sure that massivecraft had permission to blend the textures together, so theres really nothing wrong

I think the texture pack that MassiveCraft was made off of was the John Smith Texture/Resource pack, to my knowledge.

It shouldn't be a problem anyway. As soon as you put a texture-pack you created online, then it's everyone's to download.
Sure! I mean you can edit it whenever, but once it's up, it's not yours... They can do what they like with it.

It's like with Facebook. The Terms and Conditions state, once you put up a photo, even of yourself, Facebook has the right to take that photo, and it's now theirs.

I miss how coal blocks used to look T.T I know that they actually do look like coal blocks now, but I just adore'd the cool Black Brick style they had before.

I believe it is also based off Athyres Ascended, but we have not been ripped off in any way possible.
