The tenth penny pub, situated on Arena Wall Street 3 of the Holy-City of Regalia above the Mac Conall Brewery and below the Regalian Veterans Society meeting room. It is a hub for the military community within the holy city, where everyone from common soldiers to even generals rub shoulders and share a toast to the empire. The reason for this is due to the owner, General Eddair Mac Conall of the Regalian Marshal Cabinet, since the pubs foundation he has offered drinks and food at discount for all members of the military. Along with this policy he has also been a stern conformer to the tenpenny tax, even upping his contributions. "I will run this pub at a loss if it feeds the brave men of the empire." It is for this reason that many of-duty Tenpenny soldiers frequent the pub. Now this responsibility is passed onto his niece, General Natharia Mac Conall of the Regalian Marshal Cabinet who believes tradition should be passed down.
