The Regalian Standard

Hello my readers! Once again I'm back with a couple of stories from the past week or so. The major story being 'The Hidden Dragon Masquerade', where I will be discussing the majority of the events that evening, but also the winners of the contest!

The Hidden Dragon Masquerade:

To begin the night, all drinks for masked guests were half price! So already from that fact, you can tell the night was going to start off interesting. The first major event of the night was the improv acting performed by some remarkable characters (One a little worse for wear after the drink). The major improv performance was a story of an adventurer, attempting to acquire potions that were most definitely too strong.

Once the show had concluded and songs had been sung. The contest began. First up to the stage were a couple, going by Obscuro and Obscura. As you can probably tell from the names, they came in matching disguises of a black and gold design (Very Beautiful!).

The second contestant was a party-goer names Susan. What was shocking about this disguise was that it could shift colours! (Including herself which was impressive!) However this was cut short due to a small brawl breaking out, which only really ended in sizing each other up and it being broken apart quite swiftly by fellow party-goers.

The third contestant, Calaoiseoir. Dressed as the God of the same name. The God of trickery, magic, coin and drinks! (Very fitting for the night!) Donned with a Fox mask to represent the trickery of the God.

The fourth contestant was Tsarra Paladinn. Wearing a romantasized version of a fancy suit of armour (It was very fancy indeed!). She showed some elegant movements with her disguise and even showed off a little fire magic to finish (Spectacular!).

The fifth contestant was Bep. From the Ceardian Highlands, he dressed as the Highland's god of tricks by the same name. He started by singing and pulling a bag out from his jacket, before snapping his fingers and dust formed to put on a show, depicting the Old God's pantheon and a performance telling their stories.

The winners of the contest and their prizes were as follows:

3rd Place - 200 Regals - Tsarra Paladinn

2nd Place - 2 Buck 'n' Bramble Wine Bottles - Calaoiseoir

1st Place - 3 Month VIP Pass to The Hidden Dragon - Obscuro and Obscura

A congratulations goes out to all of the winners and participants for their amazing disguises and performances!

The Festival of Roses:

For all of you couples out there! The Festival of Roses is happening soon (3rd-14th February)! There will be plenty of activities and games with Red Ribbons as prizes. On the final day, the couples may braid their ribbons together to show how much their lover means to them, how cute! Hope to see you lovely's there.

Extra Notes:

Hello Readers! If you see me around and have something interesting to talk about, don't be a stranger and come say hello, I'll be the one in the white blouse and green skirt! Maybe your story will be the next big hit in Regalia.
