REGALIAN GUARDS UNSATISFIED, NOBILITY PONDERING A NEW LAW ALLOWING CAPTIANS TO BE DEMOTED BY GUARDS.
House Sorenvik recently pushed a law proposal, that would allow guards to demote commanders at a recent noble assembly. House Sorenvik claimed that most of the guards were not satisfied with their two latest commanders, it seems that they were never even guards before they were put into their position of power. Many questioned that Sorenvik was simply mad at the newest Lord Commander of the Bluesteel order, because she had lost the prior election. Chaos ensued, somehow ending with an exchange of insults between the Consul and the Duke Ravenstad.
A new law may or may not eventually make its way into our lives. One allowing the guards to demote their commander. On one side of the situation, a commander that the guards are happy with might lead to a better order of things. On the other, however, the guard should trust in the nobility, they are the ones ruling the lands and people under our excellent Emperor.
BUT WHAT OF ELVES?
We all know of the genocide that occurred, and the isle that we now control, but what are we planning to do next?
The Regalian armies are now bolstering in forces, and will descend upon the Elves with deserved might and fury. We know that the events that lead to the slaughter of our brave men had to do with numbers, so hopefully, with more men, we can end this war sooner rather than later, with nothing less than a complete victory. General D'vaud has stated that the point of upcoming battle will be both pragmatic and symbolic. The future of the Elven Empire, as one of the last opposing empires to Regalia's power, is at stake. So, let the Imperial Spirit guide us to victory throughout the realm.
