Throughout the course of merely a few days, a group of dockworkers sharing similar interests managed to pool in enough funds to purchase a parchment finer than the soggy sheets they usually utilize for paperwork at the harbor. The piece of paper posted appears to be of decent quality and caliber, although not of the highest tier available. Its contents simply include what seems to be a brief missive declaring the intents of dozens of sailors, fishermen, harbormen, and dockworkers alike. Although the original message seems to be written with indecent grammar and spelling, a more legible and clear iteration has been pinned right beside it, seemingly by a good Samaritan who took it upon them-self to facilitate this exchange of information for the common crowd.

"To the populace of Regalia; It should be of no secret by now that the Crown Isle is once again in turmoil. Whole counties have been swallowed, the militaries are spread thin, and we suffer from a shortage of food. At the harbor, ships that used to come in en mass have all but dwindled to a few mere shipments per week. With the Kade fleets having disappeared, and other major fleets such as The Black Fleet being dedicated to more martial issues, the economy at the harbor is crashing. What few ships come in now only carry little food or materials not relevant to our survival, many even carrying refugees attempting to escape turmoil in other parts of the world. We are undermanned and overworked. However, we men and women of the Harbor wield absolute faith in the perseverance of this city, this empire, and its leaders. During times of strife and turmoil, the representatives of the Crown Isle have always prioritized its people and their well-being. During the Bone Horror Crisis, the State did its best to keep us fed and well-clothed, even if it meant having to smuggle or utilize fringe resistance groups like the Resistance. During the Songaskian Occupation, we worked in unison with the Regalian Armada and Fong Co. Ships to stage counter-attacks and smuggle in what little resources we could. Even today, while most would assume we at the harbor are living in poverty due to lack of imports, our superior Noble leaders ensure always to keep us well paid and prosperous. While the Synod meanders in their own endeavors for power and land-conquering in Mull, the State Council and Noble Families make sure to always maintain what is best for their people. The Harbormen of Regalia owe their lives to the State, as should any and every citizen. Regalia, the Harbor stands with the State Council. For years we have manned this city's ships and docks, served under the finest Kade and Black admirals, and kept our shores prosperous. If now were ever the time, us harbor people would like to repay our debt. State council, we are at your service. Long live the Empire, the Kade bloodline, and this city's rightful leaders. May the spirit forgive us for opposing the Synod, but may it also know we take the side of what is best for the Empire."
A long list of signatures follows below, each from individual men and women who work at the harbor or as sailors. Some are written in common, others are simply animalistic marks which signify the large variety of races in the harbor. At times, more people from the harbor could be seen coming up to the paper, signing their own name in support as well.

A Qadir bounced up to snag a quill from someone else writing, scrawling her name on with the rest.
