The Master of Finances of the Imperial Court is proud to present
The Imperial Court Lottery

As a result of the deteriorated condition of the Regalian Economy and increased expenditure from the Imperial Court, The Master of Finances has been inspired to create what shall from hereon be known as the Imperial Lottery, created with the intention of restoring the Imperial Coffers and allowing the peerage and affluent organizations and individuals to benefit while doing so. The Imperial Lottery will be an event that occurs monthly.

There shall be one-hundred tickets on sale each lottery, costing one-thousand regals each, with each noble family, organization, or independent being limited to five tickets, creating a potential prize-pool of 100,000 regals.

1. The First Place winner will bring home forty percent of the total prize pool, equating to a potential 40,000 regals if all tickets are sold.
2. The Second Place winner will bring home twenty percent of the total prize pool, equating to a potential of 20,000 regals if all tickets are sold.
3. The Third Place winner will bring home ten percent of the total prize pool, equating to a potential of 10,000 regals if all tickets are sold.
It is possible to win all first, second and third place prizes, or a combination of these, based on what tickets you receive and what numbers are drawn as the winners.

In the event that no winning ticket is drawn, the prize pool will stack, contributing to the prize pool for the next month's lottery. There are no limitations on who is permitted to enter the Imperial Court Lottery.

If you desire to partake in the Imperial Court Lottery, simply respond with the following:

Name: (Noble Family Name, Organization Name, or Birth Name if entering as an independent.)
Amount of Tickets: (Maximum of five tickets, tickets cost 1,000 regals each.)

"The boy's done it this time, he's taxing the stupid people!" Hengest Harhold laughs har-har-heartily at the noble lounge, making a brief appearance with no real context as to what he's talking about.

"A mug's game-.. It is as simple as that, nobody truly benefits but the banker." Amory sighed, returning to the various scribbles in one of the various journals he carried with him at that; underlining the words 'Legal swindling'.
