Information

The Aggregates Union is a market that provides a flexible variety of working class services in a complex flat management system of subcontracts. The Aggregates Union is not a merger, thus being a subcontractor to the Unions projects will not result in losing ones business and identity.

Theoretically, an entire shop, market, or guild could join the Union to assist on projects, yet still refer to themselves under their own brand and company. The Aggregates Union is simply a contractor and aspiring banker to assist in providing work.

Services provided

• The use of hiring several organizations subcontracted to take on specific tasks to a project within their scope and skill

• Delegating and managing carpenter & mason services for district repairs and improvements

• Delegating and managing tool-smiths, armorers, and metallurgists for state approved services

• Delegating medical charters and apothecaries for smaller conscripted medical work

• Providing a trade market for artisan services by subcontractors and Aggregate Union laborers

• Being middlemen for mercenary sole-proprietorship's to provide smaller private mercenaries work

> State: Grants building permits, rights to store armor, weapons, and tools within station and warehouse for legal distribution.

> Contractor: Manages a project and hires subcontractors to complete specific services within that subcontractors scope and skill.

> Subcontractors: Provides a service within the agreed contract of a project to complete a task within an agreed schedule by using their own business identity, resources, and service. They are liable for their own debacles.




Application
Almost anyone can apply to be an Aggregate specific union worker. From carpenters, smiths, mercenaries, to statesmen. The Union is attempting to provide a variety of services for owners and projects, big and small.
