REGARDING PURPOSE..

Recently established as of the 30th July, 311AC; The Gryphon's Claw is a collective of Solvaan from all walks of life in the Empire who have come together to render their service as Mercenaries to all within the city. As those with exclusive rights and privileges to do so, one can expect members of the Company to offer their services at a fair rate, for a fair performance, in exchange for fair treatment and permission to act as required.

REGARDING CONDUCT AND DUTY..

• Gryphon's Claw Mercenaries are expected not to attack the clients of other members of the Company whilst engaging in a Contract, and may not accept Contracts to do so unless the reward for such is sufficiently adequate for the possible loss of business.
  
  
• Gryphon's Claw Mercenaries are encouraged to, where possible, adopt the Elysian Mist beast shape to signify they are on duty.
  
  
• Gryphon's Claw Mercenaries are expected to work alongside Knight Orders where requested, Knights may issue on-the-spot Contracts to members of the Company to enlist their assistance. A report of what services were rendered and why must be written up at the end of service.
  
  
• Gryphon's Claw Mercenaries are expected to judge the cost of contracts fairly, and request any would-be employers to do the same. Payments of money, bartered goods, services rendered, or simply the moral desire to perform the contract are all acceptable.

REGARDING OOC INFORMATION..

The Gryphon's Claw Mercenary Company is a Solvaan Mercenary Company that intends to enact upon contractual duties within the confines of the Regalian State's Law, as permitted by the Solvaan Exception of the Regalian Law Codex.
