• Inventory Split Incoming

    MassiveCraft will be implementing an inventory split across game modes to improve fairness, balance, and player experience. Each game mode (Roleplay and Survival) will have its own dedicated inventory going forward. To help players prepare, we’ve opened a special storage system to safeguard important items during the transition. For full details, read the announcement here: Game Mode Inventory Split blog post.

    Your current inventories, backpacks, and ender chest are in the shared Medieval inventory. When the new Roleplay inventory is created and assigned to the roleplay world(s) you will lose access to your currently stored items.

    Important Dates

    • April 1: Trunk storage opens.
    • May 25: Final day to submit items for storage.
    • June 1: Inventories are officially split.

    Please make sure to submit any items you wish to preserve in the trunk storage or one of the roleplay worlds before the deadline. After the split, inventories will no longer carry over between game modes.

Oh man it's raining presents before I leave for holiday and can't do anything for X weeks. Today another round of small updates that are aimed at giving a bit more immersion in the Slums and giving a few quality of life features that should make roleplaying easier in Regalia.

Teleport Warp Changes
  • /tp Slum now leads to the main street of the slums
  • /tp Vampire now leads to the Vampire district
  • /tp Prison now leads to the Black Tower
  • /tp Fasttravel now leads to the fast travel directly so you don't have to walk down the street from /tp Regalia
  • /tp Tavern now leads straight to the Regalian tavern
  • /tp NoblePark now leads straight into the Noble District
Micro Lore Changes
  • Shendar are now able to have Black Hair natively to increase creative freedom with the Shendar, read more here: https://wiki.massivecraft.com/Shendar#Free_Bonds
  • Heterochromia no longer has a character creation rule against it
  • The No-PK and No-Armor Theft rule for the Regalian Guard has expired since they changed into the Hightowers.
  • Vampires will not be assaulted by Guards in the Slums as long as they aren't caught feeding on people in front of the Guards.
Texture Pack Changes
  • Texture pack update to V21 with a "Slum Color" update in water and sky including bloodwater.
  • Texture pack update to V21 with a more vibrant park water and sky, making the "just" and "clean" part of the city look that much more pristine in comparison to the slums.
