Alright, so I'm sure I will get plenty of hate for this and i may have posted it in the wrong place and i apologize for that but this needs to be mentioned and I'm short on time. Simply put, today another faction decided to raid mine to, not so bad. But it became bad as they sat there and spawn killed me (no have no proof I cant get a picture when i spawn facing a wall so i wont ask for anything to be done for this), this continued and not only did the attacking people continue, but when a moderator showed up to assess the situation, they decided nothing was being done wrong. Fair, he didn't see it and I believe he knows the attackers. well the people continued bombarding us non stop, claimed territory only a few blocks away from our faction, I personally watched as one of the attackers flew over a large gap in the ground remaining in a single position without moving over it claiming that he was a bloodlusting vampire but had no smoke about him (I believe i captured an image of it and will try to post it tomorrow. The moderator would not help and apparently killed one of my faction friends to help the raiding team. After about half an hour I believe they finally began to let up, which i was soon informed of them building to close as well as a friend messaged me telling me that they sent her a message saying that they would rape her she allegedly has a screen shot and should be posting it when possible) not only is that a criminal offence but nothing was done about it. Another thing to be addressed is that moderators have come on saying that they are drunk (not appropriate for the server correct?) and continued to talk about alcohol as well as swear (also against the rules). I would simply like to note that I do believe that some of the current moderators are neglecting serious problems ( i know that they aren't obligated to help but for a scenario like this they should at least try something). I believe that stricter enforcement is neccesary, otherwise things such as the threat to rape, can be reported to the authorities. I appreciate the time of anybody who reads this and would further appreciate if you would keep insults about me to yourselves. I understand that screenshots are neccesary for an accusation which is why i left names out but i would appreciate it if someone would look into this further. I love this server and I don't want to have to leave it with my friends just because of something like this.

I've seen that happen as well, though remember the mods and admins are highly RP-ish...They may be pretending to do all this stuff, I've seen Hardy say it in Global a couple of times

I do believe I was that mod you're referring to who handled your case.

I stick by my guns, I was there for a good hour, and saw nothing illegal. I was even invisible for 40 minutes of the hour, so non of you noticed I was watching you all. I saw again, nothing illegal. Thus, I cannot punish what I don't see, and as soon as you provide the proof we require, no one on the team will act on what we don't believe to be true. While I was there, I was being attacked my the raiders too, even after I said it would warrant a tempban for killing a mod on duty. They did it anyway, so I banned 2 of the raiders, only for 10 minutes. If you can find sufficient proof I attacked one of your members, I would give you all of my 5000 silver, as I am 100% sure this never ever happened, and am actually appalled you're grasping at straws that much to try frame a moderator who came to help you, just found nothing illegal.

Finally: We are human. I am human. Massivecraft moderation, administration and so on is not our job. We don't come here for the sole purpose of aiding you all, we come here to have fun and to mingle moderation into that somehow. Some of us take greater pleasure of doing this while helping people, some people prefer to do this while building and ignoring the players, such as severek. And severek has probably done the most architecture for the server than any player, that doesn't make him a bad team member, think of your words carefully next time.
As for the drunk and bla bla. As I said, we're humans. I my self am allowed to get a bit "happy". I do it quite frequently. However, my being 10% intoxicated doesn't remotely affect my moderation skills. I always allow bad language in global. It's a personal preference. If you say shit in global while I am there ,I wouldn't tell you not to. Same with other words too, as long as they're in a passive context where no one can get offended, swearing is fine. It seems to me you're just trying to find excuses why the "drunk mod was wrong, they are doing bad stuffz".

I am sorry, that is not how it works. They did nothing wrong, I was slightly drunk, yes, but I still know what I saw. If you wish: Take this to the administrators as a formal complaint. See what they say.

Also also, I'd love to see that proof y'all got.

This is a PVP Server....Bad things can and will happen. Trust me this server is nice compared to others i have played on.

I'm aware and I don't blame you hardy, as I've said, I understand that you weren't there for the entire event and didn't see anything illegal, I have nothing against that. I suppose I'm a little let down that nothing was able to be done simply because they did such a good job of hiding some of the things they did. And as for the drunk part, I mentioned only because well look at this from my point of view for a moment, I'm being spawn killed to where i cant even warp away or play, we were begging for help and unaware of your invisible presence, and I assumed that you would be able to see exactly what was needed to put a stop to them, but you didn't and I noticed talk of being drunk, you have to admit that that would sway my idea of what I believe is happening. I as well as one other player share a spawn bed, we were in fact both spawn killed there repeatedly before we made a plea for help, and have no pictures to prove, which I'm sure if you have been on a server in which you haven't been around for a while to earn trust is quite irritating. I do apologize for taking this as far and if I have offended you, that was not my attention. I should however have a picture of I believe it was shootingchimpz or something along the line of that floating over a large hole in my house that was mined out and I will try to find the screen shot and post it tonight. And as I've said before, I am stating some of my friends claims to, I did not see you kill one of my faction friends, one of them told me it, and I don't see as to why they would lie like that unless it was a misunderstanding. Same goes for another player telling me that they threatened to rape her, I hope that if they did she makes an account of the forum and posts proof, I understand this is just a game but something like that is just to far and I think that's what compelled me to write such a nasty and one sided response to it. I thank you for remaining civilized with me and I will see what proof I have tonight and try to post it here. And to answer your question shortbus, no, it was legacy.

I was there since the first time you moaned over global, probably half an hour before you actually submitted a helpop. There are rules that clearly state you must not broadcast these things over global chat, I just told you to shut up multiple times in global, you didn't listen, the actual fact was I was the the entire time. I didn't tell you because you may have acted differently to provoke them into actually doing something illegal, or told them I was there, which would result in them not breaking them anymore.

While I was there, which was all the way through, they did not break the rules.

And yes, your faction member lied to you, I did not kill anyone. I was a mod on duty, I would never kill on duty, so either you're calling me a liar, or your faction member.
