You know what really ticks me off?

Well lets begin.
The fact that I was banned in September for something that was not my fault and immediately submitted a ban appeal that has to this day still not had a response... and I can't even find the appeal itself anymore. Not only this but the day after I was banned I was again charged with premium for 3 months which I could not use and I was refused a refund... Just needed to come back here to vent I guess.

Anybody else had problems with massivecraft?

In regards to the ban appeal:

It is possible it was missed. It is also possible you filled out an appeal in the wrong location. When this happens the appeal is tagged and moved elsewhere automatically by the forums and ban appeal staff won't see it. Since you can't find the appeal, this is probably why.

In regards to the premium purchase:

You were on the subscription service through PayPal. You have to go to PayPal and request them to cancel the subscription and handle it through them.
