RESOLUTION OF THE IMPERIAL PARLIAMENT OF SILFERIA
July 7, 310 AC

RESOLUTION

Expressing the sentiment of Parliament, and the Kaiser, condemning the Kingdom of Winterheim, and its current High Queen, Wifiwizz and her Supporters, for the coup and usurpation of High King Rorick of Winterheim, the coup and usurpation of King Rorick of Norgard, and the theft of all belongings possessed by High King Rorick of Winterheim.

Whereas the condemned entities did conspire to usurp High King Rorick of Winterheim and Norgard by requesting a temporary transfer of faction leadership for the stated purpose adjusting permissions and roles, a request they had made in the past;

Whereas the condemned entities did kick High King Rorick of Winterheim from his faction, and did remove him from the Winterheim Discord server;

Whereas the condemned entities did transfer leadership of the Kingdom of Winterheim to a random Jarl, chosen to be NdFeB of Land;

Whereas High King NdFeB did abdicate leadership to Wifiwizz of Norgard, centralizing power upon the Usurper Queen;

Whereas the grievances provided for this act are as follows:
➢High King Rorick was a weak leader, with no clear, realistic vision for the future of the kingdom, additionally having difficulties with communication, causing multiple misunderstandings and awkward situations.
➢The current diplomatic state of Winterheim (and the associated raids and sieges) were the result of High King Rorick leaking information to members of another kingdom.

Whereas the grievances provided were appertaining to the kingdom leadership of High King Rorick, not his faction leadership;

Whereas the grievances provided fail to adequately address other factors on the current state of Winterheim, such as the recruiting of members of the former Kingdom of Chet, which adversely affected its relations, and whom had previously raided the faction of Norgard;

Whereas the condemned entities made little to no effort to negotiate with High King Rorick pertaining to a possible peaceful transfer of Kingdom leadership;

Whereas the condemned entities conspired to usurp and steal the possessions of High King Rorick, leaving him stateless, with merely 72r, and the items in his inventory, backpack, and ender chest;

Whereas the condemned entities failed to consult their peers, including the Jarls of Winterheim, who were left intentionally in the dark about this act; Now, therefore, be it

Resolved, That the Parliament—

(1) strongly condemns the usurpation of the throne of Winterheim and Norgard.

(2) dissolves the alliance between the Kingdom of Winterheim and the Silferian Empire.

(3) offers asylum to all displaced members and factions of Winterheim, including High King Rorick.
