• Inventory Split Incoming

MassiveCraft will be implementing an inventory split across game modes to improve fairness, balance, and player experience. Each game mode (Roleplay and Survival) will have its own dedicated inventory going forward. To help players prepare, we’ve opened a special storage system to safeguard important items during the transition. For full details, read the announcement here: Game Mode Inventory Split blog post.

Your current inventories, backpacks, and ender chest are in the shared Medieval inventory. When the new Roleplay inventory is created and assigned to the roleplay world(s) you will lose access to your currently stored items.

    Important Dates

    • April 1: Trunk storage opens.
    • May 25: Final day to submit items for storage.
    • June 1: Inventories are officially split.

Please make sure to submit any items you wish to preserve in the trunk storage or one of the roleplay worlds before the deadline. After the split, inventories will no longer carry over between game modes.

Setting Sail

As the moon dawned, Alban looked toward a ship approaching the Regalian Docks. He gave a sigh as he heared a very recognizable voice yelling from behind him. He turned, and glared at his cousin, Marie.
"Marie, I'm doing this. Go away. Tell Adalwolf, whomever you wish..."
His voice echoed across the neighboring houses, standing sternly,
on the wooden boards of the dock.
"Alban! You do not need do to this, please..."
Her eyes released tears, stretching a hand out to him.

"Stop saying please! I'm returning home. War is not for me."
He turned his face to her, revealing a gash on his cheek.
The ship docked as a sailor sent out a boarding slab. Afterward, the captain of the ship, and fellow friend of Alban sent him a shout.

"Old lad! Stop nagging and get on! We've much to talk about."

"Righ'. Marie, I love you. But, you cannot follow me. I'll be on a /short/ trip for a while.."
"Don't go. We all need you here."
She settled her hand back, sobbing quietly.

Alban took a stride forward, and kissed Marie on the forehead. He then swiveled around, and took a long, and dreaded walk toward the ship that beckoned him.
"I will be back soon. But that soon is undefinable, Marie. This is not of your doing.."
He looked toward the captain, grimly nodding.
Marie began to run after him, throwing her arms around his arm.
"Alban! You can't go! What about my kids, Adalwolf.. Even Eberd!"
She held his arm tight, no sign of letting go.

He pushed her off him, and glared at her. Alban stepped onto the ship.
"Don't make it harder than it already is."
Alban shook the captains hand, and he barked an order toward a sailor to set the sails.
Marie stared in awe, and disbelief as the ship undocked and the seas swept it away from the dock. She screamed to Alban, but he left the deck, heading below.

Then, the ocean took him where it desired.
Home.

Inspired by @ZiggyStarDusted 's way of writing, which I adore.
