Setting A Challange For All Those Skin Makers Out There.

I have recently decided to set a challenge for anyone whom can make a skin well, and look forward to seeing the results. As a bonus to this challenge I am also in need of a skin maker to make some roleplay skins in the future, I will pay a handsome price for the later skins. As this is just a challenge I cannot pay for this skin, nor will it be used unless good enough. Then payment may be arranged, as I am not in a position to pay much I will be making up money as fast as I can to hopefully pick out a winner and also as a 1st place prize I will buy any two drinks from the Watson cafe for whomever may care for such things.
Referance picture, I would usually make my own skin but would love to see the outcome of this event.
