I, a well-trained medical specialist, with my years of experience tending to soldiers on the front line, am offering my discounted services to the people of this city. I will charge variably depending on the severity of the ailment or wound and on the amount of effort, material, and time I spend treating it. Though I will allow the patient to make the first bartering offer. I may also accept payment in the form of bread rations procured by the patient. I have the right to also deny service if I find the amount I'm being offered does not match the amount of effort I will put in.
