Requesting Art

Hello! I'm looking for someone with decent artistic abilities to draw my character, Shayin Crassan.
I'm looking for artists that can draw very well. Which means MS Paint will not do.
I'd be willing to go up to/ around 1000 Regals for this project. I am looking for interest here only. If you think you can do this post a portfolio of work you've done and if I like I might hire you.
Later on when I pick someone to draw my character for me I will give some pictures and references.

I know you would prefer if this was left only for portfolios, but why not ask Monmarty for it. I know he doesn't take Regal but you could pay somebody the regals for them to but it for you. Just a suggestion.

The only problem there is that the price of artwork is roughly 20 USD, or 18 EUR. which basically means people would be forking almost 4000-6000 Regals. A bit over his budget.

Ohh, I didn't know the Regal to EUR ratio, well now I know I need double my current Regal to get your art.
