• Inventory Split Incoming

    MassiveCraft will be implementing an inventory split across game modes to improve fairness, balance, and player experience. Each game mode (Roleplay and Survival) will have its own dedicated inventory going forward. To help players prepare, we’ve opened a special storage system to safeguard important items during the transition. For full details, read the announcement here: Game Mode Inventory Split blog post.

    Your current inventories, backpacks, and ender chest are in the shared Medieval inventory. When the new Roleplay inventory is created and assigned to the roleplay world(s) you will lose access to your currently stored items.

    Important Dates

    • April 1: Trunk storage opens.
    • May 25: Final day to submit items for storage.
    • June 1: Inventories are officially split.

    Please make sure to submit any items you wish to preserve in the trunk storage or one of the roleplay worlds before the deadline. After the split, inventories will no longer carry over between game modes.

Overview

The Open Ocean Merchant Guild (informally known as The Merchant Guild of Regalia) is a welcoming melting pot of member families from all walks of life. A common factor binding the members together is that they are all active in some form of mercantile activity within the Regalian Empire. Some of the members own a single, humble shop in the capital city. Others own broad tracts of land in the Archipelago and beyond. The Open Ocean Merchant Guild was founded by the Black family. All members of the guild are encouraged to contribute and shine, however, by leading events, formulating personal projects and aiding with matters of administration.

Joining the Guild​

From an OOC perspective, the Open Ocean Merchant Guild is a group of motivated players interested in promoting mercantile-related roleplay within the community. The guild is thus open for people to join who are interested in doing at least some of the following:
  • running active businesses in Regalia;
  • hosting merchant-related events;
  • devising story-telling ideas to aid with the progression of the guild and Regalian roleplay in general;
  • helping new players, for example, by teaching them how to rent a business property in Regalia;
  • promoting the guild, its sub-organisations and initiatives, and helping to maintain its Regalian properties;
  • attending guild meetings frequently.
To apply for guild membership, fill in the following form. You'll receive an accept or reject response within a few days.

Note: When applying to join the guild, you're applying on behalf of your entire RP family. If you're not the creator/patriarch/matriarch of your family, be sure to get the creator's/patriarch's/matriarch's permission before submitting an application. Families with only one played character, the rest being NPCs, are fine.

A) No. Both noble and commoner families are able and welcome to join.

Q) Is membership to the guild only open to Ailor families?
A) No, within reason. A family of any race can join, provided that the members are law-abiding and loyal to the Regalian Empire.

The Valdemars own a booming trade city within Nordskag that connects to countless lands across Regalia, the Valdemars themselves sell massive fish exports, Siegecraft, watercraft, leathers and furs, while yes being a fairly militaristic family, their business are for the profit and welfare of all those who reside under their banner.
