This is a notice to the clergy and general public of the actions of the Dame Vittoria von Rolanthe of the Lothar order. All that I may offer is a short personal account of their distasteful actions to the public.

Upon strolling the city, I found myself at the entry to Crookback, and finding myself there I met a penitent of the Lothar order, who was acting in good will as they have been taught by one Major Braunschweiger by giving out alms to the people of Crookback, notably fruits and bread. A kind act that is one of the duties of the knightly orders of Regalia. It was a few moments later that the Dame Viitoria would arrive on horse which made a hellish scream as it entered the heavy smog. The penitent was kind enough to offer some of the goods to the Dame, as fresh fruit of course makes a wonderful snack. However the Dame scrunched her face and accused the penitent of giving out moldy food. This moment right here is where the issue begins! It is the duty of the Lothar order to provide all things their penitents need, including clothing, living space, and proper food. Penitents derive everything they have from the Lothar order. Dame Vittoria accusations imply that the Major Braunschweiger does not provide the proper care that the penitent has a right to receive. The Dame did take a moment to tell the penitent afterword that she championed for Ness and she was sure that the goddess would be proud of her martyrdom in helping the poor, which was a good thing. If it was not for it being followed by the Dame's horse stomping upon a squire and upon being asked if she planned to help them as the goddess would surely do, she continued to ride her horse off.

To whom it may concern, though more specifically Merivi Taskhtali,

While the concern for the faith is appreciated greatly, the actions taken by Knight-Captain Vittoria von Rolanthe did not suggest such of Major Braunschweiger or myself. The Dame was speaking to myself in a manner that is not uncommon or disallowed through her branch of Unionism. I am a Mage Armament, a Penitent, and the Dame is a purist. Her actions and words were not meant to reflect on the Major, even though he is my handler. I am given the basic care requirements through the Order. This was never denied by the Dame, or insinuated. Again, this is your own observation and opinion on the situation which you are entitled to share, to call this a denouncement is a large use of the word.

The situation between the Squire and the Dame, to my knowledge, was handled between them. If it has not been, that is something that may be handled between Knight Orders, rather than handled by the public or the members of the Clergy. This is not to subtract from your opinions or observations, but to ask that you please consider the broader context.

- Mage Armament M. Yovenko

- My Penitent and I eat the same rations, which are not donated.
- The bread that is given out is baked by the Sisters of Silence of the All Beacons Temple.
- If you have an issue with the bread being given out for charity, seek the Celacy, which provides the bread.

For the Major Braunschweiger, I found the bread to be in good condition upon inspection. It was the fact that the Dame Vittoria automatically assumed any food a Penitent under your care would be covered in mold, which is an insult to your own character from a fellow knight of your very own order.

For the Penitent Yovenko, It is of agreement that denouncement was a much stronger word than intended for this. However I still beg to disagree that the Dame did in fact insinuate that your food was of subpar quality, and the actions taken throughout this interaction were shameful for a Unionist to take. To preach and guide others to goodwill and martyrdom to only stomp on one of Regalia's fine protectors moments later is quite the thing to behold with one's own eyes, especially coming from a roam as I have. From what I have seen in person from the aftermath, this was hardly settled. as it ended with an account from yet another squire that the Dame Vittoria pulled a sword on them when confronted about the earlier incident.

You are being intentionally obtuse and deceptive. If you have found the bread to be in good condition, then you have lied in your first notice, and never in my life have I met someone so aggressively stupid nor combative about charity, of all matters. Please come find me in the coming week, or I will find you.

I am not replying to any more noticeboard matters.

Good day.
