Life Story / Plot Hooks:
Neonn was born in Regalia and spent her childhood living in the poor areas of the city with her family. The boy had loving parents and a happy childhood, even with so little. Neonn's parents were both Kathar who left their homeland to seek other opportunities in life.
One day, his parents simply disappeared and no one but him seemed to remember their existence. This event affected Neonn in an indescribable way, the boy felt as if his entire life had been a big lie, an illusion, a deplorable farce organized by destiny. From then on, Neonn never trusted anyone else.
Upon turning 16, the boy left Regalia in search of answers, something that would help him understand the disappearance of his parents. He learned about magic and Existence, but the boy was forced to put a mask on his personality from then on. To acquire knowledge, he would use anyone.
Upon turning 25, Neonn returned to Regalia, now masquerading as an eccentric bard who loves to tell stories and flirt with the ladies and gentlemen. This is how he lives to this day, still with his desire to find his parents and start a family himself, but Neonn has never found anyone he can truly trust.
