Need Talented Skin Maker!

Hey guys, so today I'd make a char, (Yes, my first official one,) but it would be.. Exotic.. More uncommon as they say. I am not a good skin maker, so I thought; Meh, 'll ask people. ANYWAY. To the specifics.

my char, looks like the basic Maiar, the picture, but for his legs, he'd have a cloth hanging down, hanging down his waist, which would be covered by that. feel free to ask any questions and show me your previous work so I can approve of you. Thanks!

I've also had troubles finding a sharky-like skin for my Maiar character, all there was were 'troll whale lel xd' and 'loan shark'. When I tried making one for myself, it failed - you need someone very good to get the right proportions, etc.
