Last i checked Madeleine attacked and nearly killed Sean's captor, attacked a guard knocking him out, and aided in Sean's escape from prison. As a bonus she also spread false accusations onto everyone involved nearly getting the ones who aided in Sean's capture executed. She has since gained multiple deadly enemies, and been outcast from the Beauveret family for illegally aiding Sean.

As Hornet walked along the alley he noticed a note pinned to the wall. Hm. Probably nothing. Though he never really paid any attention to notices pinned on the wall, though he thought this one looked important. He read it through and the only thing he thought was : Pitty I wasn't there. He quickly moved along, forgetting about the note within moments.

Faolan Animulus walked in plain night, the rain had soaked his clothes, but kept something from harm and moisture. His hood was raised, face unrecognizable, but such details where not important, for he was just on his way to deliver a letter.

The envelope was the color of burning embers and held the honor of beholding a lapis-dyed seal. The letter itself held the scent of moist orchids and gave a slight glow, for it was covered in a small layer glowstone dust.

The letter read:

Respected Archmage,

My name, is Faolan Animulus, an elven scholar on the ways of magic whom holds you as a figure to look up to. However, upon the mention of a member of your family being an object of the Dark Banshee, Mrs. Baver, the last name that came to mind was yours. Being an immigrant and not a born citizen of Regalia, I did not recognize that casters where so hated in Regalian eyes and considered to be linked to misfortune and demons. You, not only being a half-human elf, and yet holding reputation for great magical abilities, stand as an idol to many plebs.

However the citizens of Regalia consider anything related to magic as a portal way to the end, or so I have heard, which is why you are being blamed to be the person described in Bavers words. Not that, but the people that once admired you are now full of hatred at the mention of your name, they now despise you.

You once called many plebs, but now, not only are you a pleb to Regalians, but a heretic, a traitor, a link to the Banshee. However I do not think so, I still hold much respect for you. The Beuverets, they were attacked for also being mentioned by the banshee. If you have any idea on what im trying to tell you, which you probably do, is that im suggesting you stay hidden, and to not let anyone else recognize you're here. Also, dont use magic against them, or to escape, for they will consider you hostile and take the words of the banshee as true.

Please, if it is possible, contact me, just send a replying letter aloft a small boat or floatable envelope and leave it on the water currents that come from the sewers and out to sea. I will find it.

Walking through the streets with Celine's personal guard, Number One, she couldn't help but notice the small little piece of paper hanging outside of Posidem's mailbox. She was still surprised mail got delivered to his small Regalian home when there was a perfectly fine mailbox in Avalon. Snatching the letter, she began to read, a frown growing on her faces as she crumpled it and stuffed it in her pocket. She continued onwards to the Anaheran mansion to compose yet another letter.

You lack complete understanding of what has occurred regarding the Banshee Queen. Before you go on letting your quill spurt ink about on paper with such nonsense, I'd recommend you count the actual facts of the Banshee's attack.

1. The Beauveret girl herself has been dragged into the abyss of the Void. The Banshee has already claimed one Beauveret, and we already know of the main line's relations with the demon association 'Chronikatr'
2. Mine own Posidem was out committing himself to research in the swamps of New Ceardia, risking his, and his expedition group's life to learn of the poisonous plants you could've dried into tea leaves! Mayhaps you should also look into my grandson's whereabouts before scribbling like some disgruntled reporter
3. Even the commoner's agreed of the Beauveret association to the Banshee invasion. Should the masses find their religious zeal be their strength in breaking down their mansion doors, I applaud them for keeping the Holy City what it's meant to be: Holy.

I also understand you hold some respect for my dearest grandson. I feel as not. You regard mine own kin as a commoner, a station he definitely does not fit.

Go back to your dusty scrolls, dove. And with your studies, do be sure to include 'The Mannerisms of a Proper Lady' written by some dead noblewoman. Mayhaps then you'll be able to address your uppers properly.

Gently inserting the parchment into a crisp new envelope, Celine poured a minute bit of blue wax, and stamped the warm liquid with sigil of House Anahera: A phoenix in flight.

Making a quiet 'Tsk' noise to herself, she gestured for Number One to take the letter,"Do be sure this reaches that apparent Elven scholar, in whichever alleyway he may lurk.". With a stiff bow, Number One gripped the letter and marched to find the scholar.

It was dusk, the moisture from the previous night kept the alley way in which he awaited the floating boat with the letter damp.

Nevertheless, he sat, his Cathedral robes, this time tinted a dark, almost black lapis-blue, closing his eyes and meditating.

He felt as one with the light, yet... troubled, a living nightmare.... thats what he saw, shrieks of pain, burning flesh. His eye started to sting, and before noticing that the pain was a mental, that the pain wasnt really there he heard the sound of footsteps approaching, not regretting the chain armory under his robes, he continued onto his meditation.

To his side, a drink blended by himself, one made of Sugar Cane nectar, one he calls "Warrapo du Kana". Meant to be smooth to the stomach, yet with a sweet wine taste. Reserved for special occasions in the Animulus family. He had planned to meet Posidem, rather than just receiving a letter.

He made sure the drink was hidden from sight, within a leather pouch designed to hold drinks, while keeping them far from sunlight.

"What do you mean I can't leave!?" Lysander called rather irritated from his tea room as he sat by the window watching the commoners outside go up and down the street. Only a few moments earlier his butler had informed him of a slight technicality in the supposed abolition of the La Rue's allegiance to the Anahera.

"Only Ser Posidem can release you." He continued.

Lysander was hardly listening, his mind was affray with the recent goings on, helpless, once again he had neither the political power, nor the funds to set any real plans in motion. "Zut." He cursed under his breath, still unsure whether being the Anahera's pawn was a piece he was willing to play. He sat there to let his warm breath condense on the pane of glass in front of him, sighing he called for paper and a quill to be brought to his table.

Dear Posidem,

It has come to my attention that I am unable to leave our union, currently I am not sure whether that is a good or bad thing. I've had enough of the tiresome squabbles of this city, I will be setting out to aid in the completion of the family manor in the deserts south of the Anaheran Palace. If you wish to converse further make sure to send a warm weather bird, I'm tired of all this politics.
