The story of Mora's origin is essentially unknown. But what is known about Mora is that he is referred to in a few small coastal villages as 'The Yawning Maw' and this is for two reasons: One, he is often depicted and known to be a slothful entity. Two, he is also often depicted and known to be incredibly voracious to a point that one may consider it frightening. A demon of Morrlond who protected a small group of cultists that worshipped Morrlond for a fairly long time, however they were eventually wiped out amidst a crackdown on 'heresy' in the region. What happened to Mora in this time is not known, like many other things about him. After all, unless you are a Baron or a Sovereign then demons are hardly well recorded.

- Mora loves to eat. But more so than that, he will never refuse meat. It does not matter if it's cooked, raw or even rotten.
- He is a mysterious creature, despite his general nonchalant attitude he cares greatly about all matters 'Morrlond'. Whether it be the great god himself, his domain or his worshippers. Mora will always pay close attention when Morrlond is involved.
- Despite his small, chubby appearance. Mora is perhaps one of the sturdiest entities you will come across.
- Mora is often seen to be quite slothful and sleepy, but he will always come to attention when there is important work to be done.
- While he may appear to be small, this is actually not his true appearance. Mora will show his true appearance to only a very select few, but when he fights you might get a glimpse of it. As to do damage, he often shifts parts of his body into large sets of jaws that will chomp and tear at enemies. Hence, the Yawning 'Maw'.
