Hello fair creatures of the cyber-space world. I am the one and only MantaRey and it's really cool that you're reading this. I thought it would be interesting to add just a little backstory info, even though there are probably many that don't particularly care. Regardless, it'll be here for the ones that do!
On a cold afternoon on January of the year 1997 I was born - huzzah! After difficulties and issues and the like, I grew all healthy and I am who I am today. So, now that we've got the cliches out of the way. . .
Well, I guess I can keep this pretty short, because let's be real. I've got 18 years I could try and tell you all about, but let's not go through all of that. Okay!
So, when I was young I went to public school. I got hooked on Pokemon at a super young age, which took up most of my weekends and mornings. Then came along Yu-Gi-Oh! to all that. And then I got into Sonic games and all that.
Started young
Throughout most of my elementary years, I was this chubby thing who strove to be the next Pokemon Champion. Like, I was set on being a Pokemon trainer. While that overtook my life, then anime started coming in, and the Weeaboo Reya was born. So through the entirety of my elementary and middle school years, anime took over my life. I struggled a lot with my schoolwork because I got distracted often, and I detested girly-girl things like makeup. But then that THANKFULLY changed my freshman year in high school.
Through my high school years, I somehow became this respected figure in my small class at a private school. Though I never really said much to my other classmates, they all seemed to respect me and whatever I may have had to say, especially from the pesky annoying dudes of the class. I worked hard the last few years at private school and managed to get the highest GPA of the total of seven girls (yes, including me in that count) and ranked eighth in the overall GPA level system. So I guess you could say I'm kind of a dork, but whatevs! <:
Earlier last year I started taking a form of street fighting and self defense called Krav Maga, which has undoubtedly been one of the most thrilling, physically demanding things I've ever done in my life. But it's been such a blast and I get to learn so much from it, which is great because who doesn't enjoy knowing how to break arms?
Oh! And I focus a lot on art nowadays since I'm pursuing a Game Design major and a Digital Art minor in college, which I think has been improving each and every day I get to practice. I really enjoy being able to draw and express myself, and I furthermore can't wait to have my mini laptop/tablet and PC so I can proceed into digital art.
So yeah, that's my introductions for Massive all done and fairly sloppy. Have a good one~.
