• Inventory Split Incoming

MassiveCraft will be implementing an inventory split across game modes to improve fairness, balance, and player experience. Each game mode (Roleplay and Survival) will have its own dedicated inventory going forward. To help players prepare, we’ve opened a special storage system to safeguard important items during the transition. For full details, read the announcement here: Game Mode Inventory Split blog post.

Your current inventories, backpacks, and ender chest are in the shared Medieval inventory. When the new Roleplay inventory is created and assigned to the roleplay world(s) you will lose access to your currently stored items.

    Important Dates

    • April 1: Trunk storage opens.
    • May 25: Final day to submit items for storage.
    • June 1: Inventories are officially split.

Please make sure to submit any items you wish to preserve in the trunk storage or one of the roleplay worlds before the deadline. After the split, inventories will no longer carry over between game modes.

Family History
Foundations
One of the founding families of the small Celankobe village on the southern coastal savannas of Farah'deen, the Lodge of Obiajulu carries a spiritual importance in the small community. Far from the reaches of civilization, the farming village hosted its own spiritual beliefs first introduced by the Elder, Dumisa Obiajulu, who unlike most Qadir believed that there was a 'Creator' to the natural world, and that all life contained the spirits of the People's ancestors. Being so isolated, this belief spread into the hearts of the people and their way of life. Since then several generations of shaman and spiritual leaders have come from the family.

The First Walk
A generation after the village was founded the people of Celankobe were visited by the first foreigners to their land. A crashed ship of Tarchlann pilgrims had washed up along their shores. The village people had welcomed the stranded strangers into their homes and nursed the sailors back to health. During this time the daughter of Dumisa, Khule Obiajulu, who was the current Shaman of the village, spent several days speaking with a Tarchlann mage by the name of Fedelmid Ó Ailín about the role of Spirits in the world. Capturing the interest of the man, he decided to stay within the village to the end of his days, teaching the art of Etheral Form to the spiritual leaders of the village as a way to 'connect' with the souls of their ancestors. This became known to the people of Celankobe as the 'Long Walk'.

Spirits of Aloria
Four generations later the birth of a particularly special little boy, Ekene Obiajulu, changed the way the people of Celankobe viewed the Creator's world. He was far more ambitious than his ancestors, and at the age of nineteen he had decided that he wished to experience all that the Creator had given them, the vast world of Aloria. He traveled to a large coastal town where he signed on a ship to travel to far off lands to walk with Spirits of all kinds. With his Etheral Magic tome in tow, he traveled the world for fifteen years before returning home to his village to spread his newfound enlightenment to the world. The family prospered.

A New Home
Unfortunately for the village of Celankobe, their peaceful way of life did not last long. The spreading of great drought began to encroach upon their land, threatening the entire village. The connection of the village was broken, and all families began to flee the area. The Obiajulu Lodge chose to follow the coast south, trying to outrun the advancing disaster. Every town or village they stopped in eventually came under the same threat. Out of options Ekene took the family and sailed to one of the many places he had visited on his travels, the grand heart of the Empire, Regalia. Now the family is forced to live in this foreign land while simultaneously trying to hold onto their beliefs in the heart of Unionism. Their struggle is one of inner self and adaptation, putting them where they are today.

Characteristics
Having lived in relative isolation for so long, the Obiajulu Lodge has a very similar outlook on the world. However, their spirituality encourages them to experience new things and choose their own paths along the way. Each member of the family is influenced by those around them and their environment, most are eager to learn. Family and Faith are very important to these people, and they hold both extremely close to their hearts.

Physically the Obiajulu lodge all carry similar features. Their mixed Qadir-Songaski heritage grants them dark umber skin tones, caramel to deep brown eyes, and short black curly hair. Both men and women are decorated with beads and jewelry to represent their status in the village. The family is built in a lean manner, a tall thin stature. Thick eyebrows are characteristic! I am willing to make skins if needed.

This means that you should shape your story around your new life in Regalia, how will your character react to new experiences and people? How will your character's faith affect their experience? Have fun with it!

Character's Name? : Nomagugu Obiajulu
Character's Age?: 29
Character's Personality? : Noma was always a very naive woman, who was always willing to take anything anyone said at face value and is blindly trusting. She doesn't really understand the point to lie or decieve. She's still very childish and is fascinated by Regalian toys.
How did you character join the family (If a Spouse)? : N/A

OOC
IG Name? : SpinSpinDizzy
Any References? : Not currently. Though I'll message you them if anyone isn't busy.
Ever been punished OOC? If so why? : No punishments!
How active are you on massivecraft? : Fairly active but for this week most definitely I don't have time to be on because me and my significant other are really getting in to wedding planning.
On a scale of one to ten how do you rate yourself as a roleplayer?(Explain why you rated yourself so, and tell your roleplay strength and weakness) : I feel like I'm a solid 6. Or maybe a seven. I have trouble keeping up with big group rps and can get easily flustered with it. I think I excell at investing myself in to a character and can think up really interesting plot points.

Previous Character App?(Increases your odd) : I have a expert lightning mage app somewhere. I'll post it once I find it.

One more question I should probably throw on there, which child is she?
