Iskandar Bagaskoro spent most of his life in the medical field tinkering with different concoctions and chemicals in order to create medicines to boost his self and others physical prowess and well-being while also being a trouble for other fighters. normally testing his experimentations on other people or animals instead of himself has brought him to hide his face and body as to not catch any of the symptoms or disease that may come to his experiments. Doctor Bagaskoro is often found wandering alleyways and such in order to happen upon a poor unfortunate soul who may be down on their luck and need a pick me up though it will almost always come at a cost that is greater then money.
