• Inventory Split Incoming

MassiveCraft will be implementing an inventory split across game modes to improve fairness, balance, and player experience. Each game mode (Roleplay and Survival) will have its own dedicated inventory going forward. To help players prepare, we’ve opened a special storage system to safeguard important items during the transition. For full details, read the announcement here: Game Mode Inventory Split blog post.

Your current inventories, backpacks, and ender chest are in the shared Medieval inventory. When the new Roleplay inventory is created and assigned to the roleplay world(s) you will lose access to your currently stored items.

    Important Dates

    • April 1: Trunk storage opens.
    • May 25: Final day to submit items for storage.
    • June 1: Inventories are officially split.

Please make sure to submit any items you wish to preserve in the trunk storage or one of the roleplay worlds before the deadline. After the split, inventories will no longer carry over between game modes.

How To Use A Portcullis Gate (redstone Gate)

Herro dere guise!
As you may have noticed, from the above title, this thread here is strictly devoted to informing you guys about how certain plugins on MassiveCraft actually work.
BigBellyBuddah and I have noticed that certain plugins in MassiveCraft aren't particularly understood by new, and sometimes even old, players on the server. We decided together that we'd inform you guys on just how the plugin works, and how to use it appropriately, whilst having a little bit of fun and banter as we go ;3
We'll be proving a few instruductional videos every now and again for certain plugins that people seem to be struggling with, or a video you guys want us to make.
Here is the first video that BigBellyBuddah and I have created, the plugin question being PORTCULLIS GATES
If we do receive enough positive feedback, we will go ahead and make more for you to check out and learn from! Enjoy!

Dying laughing now.

"The Nom Gate"

"OMNOMNOMNOMOM"

"At least my nom gate loves me!"

I love you guys XD

One of the more practical redstone setups for the gate, is to use a redstone line to the very lowest block in the frame and another one, reversed with a redstone torch, to the top.

This way you can use a button on each side to open and close the gate.

May I suggest BuyRegion next? I know a lot of people struggle with that one. Could do to go over some of the crazier parts of factions too, like /f perm and /f access.

Otherwise, looking fabulous!
