"House of Wisdom"
Dating back to early history in Dexai, Ra'ing'se-Xia, or "The House of Wisdom" has been the home of many influential commoners in the Sihai homeland. Some have since left the Sihai homeland, carrying the title with them. Some have since reunited in Regalia, starting with Wan-Xia, followed a few years later by a few of his family. The house is closed to non-family members, and only allows those of full-blooded Sihai descent to become a true member of the family.
The family patriarch in Regalia is Wan-Xia, owner of the Regalian Institute of the Performing Arts, though his views are often very polarizing to the family, as he is much more liberal than most Sihai. The family is quite small in Regalia, with only a few members having come over, but more are on their way to the Holy City, of various work backgrounds, with many talents.

The Loong are above all else, with no other in this world. (Though many family members will claim to bow before the Imperial Spirit for sake of their lives)
Calm and Tranquility are prized virtues of the family.

The family is much too large for any single trade to have even gained any traction as favored by the House. Some range from musicians, to brewers, to monks and ritualists, and anything else.
