SYMBOL
Devoid of rot and fungal growth, the romantic insignia of the Dörö'urnum Household is that of golden laburnums. No matter which Nenyasthaeic ¹ vessel the children of this Household occupy, it is a common trend for these flowerets to be present on their person – weaved into their clothes, hair, and generally accessorised. This serves as an identifier because the Children of the Forest ² change bodies as the seasons would, becoming unrecognisable if not for this symbol. Why this flower was chosen, was perhaps just the simple liking and whims of the progenitor of the house.

ORIGINS
The Dörö'urnum Gardens, as it is known, is a bastardised branch of the original family. Hailing from the vibrant kingdom of Lusitell'voma, what started as a colony of Yanar working on plantations still holds true to this day (albeit, the family is spun a different way in Regalia and in many more places such as Daendroque unspecified)

The Regalian-branch of the Gardens start with the chaotic inception of Celeborn in 221 AC, values of wanderlust and novelty primarily instilled into them by an Elder and their creator. It is these values that have led them to Regalia in the present day, straying away from typical farm work in favour of the arcane that runs rampant through this city. Celeborn was, for the most part, a relatively unknown face; they shied away from the forefront of Petalcourt politics and ongoings until one fateful night.

November 14, 308 AC. The Voidlings of Regalia razed Petalcourt to the ground en masse, lighting it up with an uproarious and destructive conflagration. Scarred and weary for worse, turbulent feelings of wrath emerged as the Yanar tossed away their old moniker in favour of Or'mythaalniir (and now Angör recently). It was a way to seek a new beginning: for themselves, for Petalcourt and the lives of Yanar lost.

we make sure to plant the kind of
flora that did the same for the Mother."
ROLEPLAY CATERED
Primarily, the family has many ties to the Exist: whether it be religion, afflictions such as Werebeastism, or general extremism. There is the occasional day-to-day hubbub and interactions with family members and discussions on what goes beyond Petalcourt are common. Roleplay is just very spontaneous in general, and barely pre-planned.

EXPANSION ON RELIGION:
Because of the circumstances that formalised the Dörö'urnum Garden's inception in Regalia, there is distinct hate for anything Void-related. The alignment of goals coincides with that of the Cult of Order and hence Lraach is a deity followed. However, the beliefs of this faith are kept hushed until occasions appropriate. Angör's family members are not expected to follow the Cult of Order, nor hardlined to its beliefs. Threats to Petalcourt take a more heavy priority than any dimenthic entity or influences. The ones that are more openly preached about would be the Yanera-specific Patron Gods, as it has come to be a concept that is applicable to day-to-day life rather than reverence or worship.

EXPANSION ON AFFLICTIONS:
As stated above, because the goals of protecting and preserving Petalcourt happens to coincide with Lraach from the Cult of Order, Werebeasts are more often than not a welcome force to the Dörö'urnum Gardens. Although this can turn around very quickly should these afflictions, at any point in time, compromise Petalcourt's safety.

EXPANSION ON EXTREMISM:
With the aforementioned expansions, it becomes obvious that the family (or at least some of its members) attach very negative connotations to individuals - and groups - depending on their associations/actions. Thorns will be met with thorns and that any semblance of mercy is not offered until threats to the gardens are subjugated (either purged or controlled).

EXPANSION ON INTERACTIONS WITH FAMILY MEMBERS:
There honestly isn't much to say about what family members do amongst family members. It is just daily chatter of (chaotic) day-to-day life, going about on ventures and the occasional gardening-businesses. This is more self-explanatory than anything.

OOC
If you want to join the family, DM me over the Massivecraft Forums or on Discord (bahmbahm#9801) to pitch an idea for your character. There are not many pre-written characters on this page or any at all, because it is encouraged for prospective family members to write a character unique (and enjoyable) for themselves. As an example, it is very much possible for this Yanar-centric family to include other races - such as Url, Cielothar, Avanthar, and the like. It can be more formally seen as a clan in that aspect.
