Family History
Prior to 163 A.C., the Alaire family had been nearly nonexistent and had gone by the surname of Chastain and had been heavily influenced by their Ithanian in comparison to their Alt-Regalian ancestry. In Loiree the Chastains had a vineyard that covered an estimated twenty acres. They usually kept their wine sales within Loiree, with a single trade route branching out to a few places in Brissiaud.
Neuveville Chastain, had been a scholarly man whom had attended the School of History from the time he had been ten and into his twenties. It was there that he had met a woman whom he had forged a shared partnership with as they both pursued the same academic goal and her name became to eventually be known as Rosselyn. Eventually, as time drew by they became fond of one another and soon wed; not long after their wedding they were expecting their first child. Neuveville's parents weren't exactly galvanized by his announcement of marriage, be that they had arranged for him to marry a woman of status that was on the same level as their own. In turn, they had disowned him for his transgression of etiquette. As a result, Neuveville had adopted Rosselyn's middle name as their surname, which had been Alaire then they moved to a small corner of Brissiaud.
Mayhew Alaire had been the first member born under Rosselyn's and Neuveville's new surname. He had been born April 1, 164 A.C. and was the mark of the beginning for the newly established House Alaire. Much like his father in his youth, he grew up to be a scholarly figure much like his parents but eventually put that aside as he grew into an adolescent and began to shift his attention toward a new interest, horse riding. It took him awhile, but he eventually convinced Neuveville and Rosselyn to buy him his own Lancierron Paint. Fast forward twenty years and the Alaire's property is starting to resemble a farmstead in comparison to what it had been before. There was a large pasture for the horses to graze and a large stable to accomodate for the amount of horses they had at the time. Mayhew had eventually married a traditional Leutz-Vixe woman named Arlette and the family had adopted a male dominance like a vast majority of Leutz families.
By the time Mayhew's first son had been born, the family had adopted horse breeding and training as their primary trade, but they primarily trained them for entertainment and militaristic purposes, the predominant being militaristic training. Mayhew had also readopted his father's former family's trade of wine production.
The most recent changes to the Alaire family were instilled by the former patriarch, Ignace. He had sent the third family line to Regalia to expand the family business, their primary focus being the wine, while the two main branches of the family primarily focused on horse training and breeding.
In present times, the family primarily resides in Regalia, but will make periodic trips every week to check-up on their family members that reside there still along with the horses.
The family breeds in mass during the Spring, so that when they give birth they will have plants to graze on the following year.

The family's looks tend to be somewhat ranged depending on their genetic lottery. For the majority of them, they tend to have light blonde hair and celery green eyes, in the main family there is the slightest chance that they will inherit the brown hair of Ila. The women in this line tend to be on the curvier side, even if they do combat, or other athletic activity though their body fat is mostly held in their hips. The women tend to be around 5'4 at the shortest and 5'8 at the maximum while the men tend to be around 5'9 to 6'1. The males can be ranged in their body shape, it all depends on their day to day activities and their diet. The ladies of the family tend to be a bit more proper in comparison to their male counterparts in the family and consider becoming housewives or following noncombatant careers, while the males may sometimes consider pursuing a scholarly pursuit or becoming a combatant.

- Heloise is the widowed wife of Ignace, and is the eldest member of the Alaire Family. These days she's often helping her grandchildren with either baking, or just daily household chores.

- Ignace Alaire is the deceased husband of Heloise, and the father of Leonard and Gilles Alaire. During his lifetime he had often worked at the ranch or he had sparred with his grandsons before he had become too frail.

- Is the widowed husband of Ila Alaire. He's a strict, and stubborn man who had set many boundaries and expectations for his children growing up. He often scolds his two sons, Talen and Delron for their crazed antics while sparring.

- Ila is the wife of Leonard Alaire, she often bakes goods for the entire family and she is also rather skillful when it comes to a variety performing arts.

- Patience is the first-born into the family but passed on her title as next Head of the Family to her younger sister, Roesia not long before she had departed for the City of Regalia. She is a well-educated linguist and often teaches orphans of different backgrounds at least some form of language.

- Maiolaine Alaire, is the daughter of Patience Alaire, and Tacitus, she is a headstrong individual much like her grandmother was.

- A male member of House von Forst that had married into the Alaires by marrying Maiolaine Alaire.

- An unusual sort within a predominately Leutz family, the man is a trained and skilled D'Homme Knight, holding onto everything that comes with that with a sense of pride. Due to this, inheritance of the family was handed past him, to his younger sister Roesia.

- Roesia is the third-born in the family and is currently the Matriarch of the family. A lady proud of her Leutz heritage, and very traditional and courteous in her mannerisms.

- Fourth-born to Ila and Leonard and throughout his life he has dreamed of one day pursuing a militaristic job.

- Talen is the fifth-born into the main family, and he's the second eldest son (alive). He often goes against his father wishes and wrestles his adopted brother which sometimes ends up in injury.
- Marlon Alaire - 22
- Florence is the adoptive son of Leonard Alaire, and he tends to be considered the family's 'coward' because of preferring to learn a ranged weapon rather than a close ranged weapon. When he was first born, he had been born partially blind in his right eye which had slowly gotten worse over the years.

- Is the recently adopted daughter of Leonard Alaire, but often prefers Roesia to be her parent-figure rather than Leonard. She is a free-spirit who often gets herself into trouble, and would rather spend all day painting rather than spending time in the vineyard.

- Is the younger brother of Leonard Alaire. During his lifetime he had sired five children. He is often strict with the members of the family as he believes they should uphold proper manners and etiquette rather than spending their days goofing around.

- Minerva's an odd case when it comes to the family, rather than being a contributor to training horses, she'd rather spend her days picking grapes alongside the third family line and likes to spend her days lounging about drinking tea.

- Eldest son of Gilles and Minerva. A knight of the Bloodcast, being a skilled swordsman as well as tactician. A cheerful and light-hearted, open individual, albeit with an incredible loyalty to his family.

- Is the second born of the second line and despite her age, Filia is often considered the child of the family due to her seemingly childish nature.

- When she was eight she had willingly stopped talking after her father had scolded her that she should speak only when spoken to. She had chosen to just hardly speak at all to anyone besides her niece.

- Jeffroi is the second youngest, and he's the tactician of the family. He often uses his intellectual advantage in the family to plan out army games with his sisters.

- Celina is the fifth-born and youngest child born to Gilles. She's considered the family's sweetheart because of her growing desire to become a botanist.

- Hyacinthe is the daughter of Cyprien and his wife, Madeline. She doesn't know what she wants to do with her life when she's older but she tends to dream big much like Madeline.

- Maxence is the son of Aubine Alaire but his father not known. He's the primary artist of the family and often paints for the other family members.

- Elisamarie is the eldest daughter born to Maxence Alaire. Like her grandmother, she loves to tell stories, but rather than telling them, she writes down the stories so that she can make a family record.

The character information listed under each character does not bind you to act like that but it is recommended, but the only thing I'll keep set in stone is the ages of each character. If you play one of the adopted characters then you may have physical traits you want, but be reminded they are Ailor so keep it within the limits.
