I've roleplayed in various forms for years, from IRC to IRL; I'd like to think myself rather skilled, but everyone has room to improve. I've been searching for an RPG/MMO style server that still has factions/PvP, and I've found myself on your electronic doorstep.
It will probably be a week or two before I really jump into it, as I want to try to familiarize myself with the lore. A quick question might be a good jumping off point for that: are there any travelers or beings that come unexpectedly to this land (through magic or mishap), or must all characters start off in this world?
