Hi, I'm Lamdax (just my handle, I don't know where it came from).

I guess I'll start by saying why I'm here? Yeah, I'll go with that.

I was looking for an RP server but there are no... good ones. Certainly, when I searched all I found were 'Twilight' servers with vampires and such. Granted, there are vampires here I see, but at least you guys are sophisticated about it.

Anyway, I think this server looks great, and I have yet to log in but I am sure I will love this place.

Before I conclude, I would like to ask a question; does anyone know where a section is that explains (wholly) the lore of this server? I have tried looking but it is hard to find as most of it is scattered in different places.

Oh. The lore? Easy. Go to this link Races and etc.. and the rest of the extra info should be on a Q&A thread or character section! Ask someone too.

Some starting advice, don't become a vampire until you have thoroughly read the lore and have a great idea for a character that makes sense. Try a human/elf/dwarf/chi'i/qadir character first, easy to roleplay and very interesting. Some of the kill on sight characters are a bit hard to do effectively.

Indeed I won't! I already have the idea of being a Thylan. One of the new ones. It will be interesting as the Thylans are based on Australian Aboriginals and I am actually related to them. Very nice.

Yeah, we based languages and accents in game from real life cultures. A human from Daendroc would speak with a Daendroquin (Spanish) accent and so on, like Ichabod. Just know that if you roleplay a Thylan, I don't think the guards would care if someone began beating you up in the middle of Regalia...
