• Character Sheets are optional on MassiveCraft. You do not need a sheet to play or be whitelisted on our server. You only need a sheet if you plan to engage in roleplay combat.
  • Inventory Split Incoming

MassiveCraft will be implementing an inventory split across game modes to improve fairness, balance, and player experience. Each game mode (Roleplay and Survival) will have its own dedicated inventory going forward. To help players prepare, we’ve opened a special storage system to safeguard important items during the transition. For full details, read the announcement here: Game Mode Inventory Split blog post.

Your current inventories, backpacks, and ender chest are in the shared Medieval inventory. When the new Roleplay inventory is created and assigned to the roleplay world(s) you will lose access to your currently stored items.

    Important Dates

    • April 1: Trunk storage opens.
    • May 25: Final day to submit items for storage.
    • June 1: Inventories are officially split.

Please make sure to submit any items you wish to preserve in the trunk storage or one of the roleplay worlds before the deadline. After the split, inventories will no longer carry over between game modes.

Character Information
  • Full Name: Grutronda "Gertrude"
  • Race / Culture: Dulon Yanar
  • Age: 60
  • Gender / Pronouns: Feminine - she/her
  • Occult: Void Mage
Core Concept
Gertrude is a solitary alchemist living within the marshes of the Gloomrot Forest. An avid Eloba worshipper, she spends much of her time tending to the plants and animals of her locale and creating unusual concoctions from their produce. While generally friendly and outgoing, decades of isolation with only the frogs for company has addled her mind. This friendliness does not, however, extend to those that threaten her domain.

Appearance Information
Gertrude is a tall and sturdily-built Yanar with a full hourglass figure. Her skin is a cool desaturated green, while her hair is made of bright and vibrant pink sundew flowers, hanging long down below her ribs. Her face is entirely covered by a jagged slab of bark, with her expression coming through by morphing the wood into caricatures of different emotions, lit from the inside with yellow light. The purple-tipped spines of a Venus flytrap curl out around her head, forming a crown-like structure, and around her shoulders and hips. She dresses in a flattering dress of purple petals, held at the shoulder with a white water lily, and slit up to the hip to accommodate her spines. Tattoos of dark-pink thorny vines wrap around her arms and legs, ending in curls on her hands and feet.

Life Story / Plot Hooks
  • Gertrude is a Gloom Tender of the Gloomfolk Order, caring specifically for the plants and animals around the territory of the Gloom Council. Friendly faces are welcome to approach for medicine, charms, and other goods, while unfriendly trespassers may find themselves disoriented and confused. If they persist in their incursion, they may encounter more direct measures.
  • Being a worshipper of Eloba, Gertrude prides herself on her alchemical and horticultural skills. Others sharing this interest with her may find an enthusiastic conversation partner. This religious inclination may also bring her into conflict with devout Estelley Yanar, though she doesn't seem to care what kind of faith a person follows.
