• Inventory Split Incoming

MassiveCraft will be implementing an inventory split across game modes to improve fairness, balance, and player experience. Each game mode (Roleplay and Survival) will have its own dedicated inventory going forward. To help players prepare, we’ve opened a special storage system to safeguard important items during the transition. For full details, read the announcement here: Game Mode Inventory Split blog post.

Your current inventories, backpacks, and ender chest are in the shared Medieval inventory. When the new Roleplay inventory is created and assigned to the roleplay world(s) you will lose access to your currently stored items.

    Important Dates

    • April 1: Trunk storage opens.
    • May 25: Final day to submit items for storage.
    • June 1: Inventories are officially split.

Please make sure to submit any items you wish to preserve in the trunk storage or one of the roleplay worlds before the deadline. After the split, inventories will no longer carry over between game modes.

Hey everyone, I'm FireFan96, a 21 year old mechanical engineering student from the best state in the United States, Michigan. Those of you who have ever been in a google doc with me know my first name, but I prefer to be the unknown face behind the monitor, if you catch my drift.

I came to massivecraft originally to learn how to use the Vampires plugin to use on a server I was admin on, as anyone would do. I was impressed with spawning into Regalia, though didn't pay it much heed and logged off 15 minutes later. After that server went down (don't make a server that copies parts of another, it never works) I jumped on Massive again and wandered around Regalian, only to be stopped by I think @BillyTheScroofy who gave me a vampire test. (turns out red eyes are a no no here) Anyways, I think I decided to do some factioning after that, so I saved up cash and made a tiny cabin in Jorrhild. And then MassiveMobs basically made it impossible for me to get iron gear, and the MassiveRestore random ore placement made things difficult as a pleb, so I left. To the cancer that is minigame servers.

After losing all hope in humanity, I exiled myself back to Massivecraft, instead giving RP another shot. This time enjoying Regalia in a way that wouldn't involve interactions: parkouring as an AC character on the rooftops! But that started to be less exciting as time goes by, and somehow I ended up interacting with @Film_Noir doing guard stuff, which I liked instantly. So I started to develop a character to eventually be accepted into the guard. An Anahera Occupation later I finally wrote the character app for Walthur Drake, and joined the Merchant Guild.

The rest is known to the players I've known the longest. I shelved Walthur and took up an Alt Regalian baron to fill the gap left by the Typhonus family after January. Two years later and Dietrich Drache is still going strong.

Looking back on things, I've been fairly content with my time on MassiveCraft. It's been a good way to relax through my university studies, and I usually find a way to enjoy the server at least an hour a day or more.

The last thing I should note is that @Wumpatron is my year and a week younger brother. Yeah, I got that guy on the server. I'm not apologizing.

I suppose since I'm copying the Staff AMA, I'll allow for questions and whatnot.

Oh man, you didn't use my latest draft. Here.

"One of the greatest people named @Nitesho met me one day and after consulting about our god-diety @Sevak for about one month straight, I decided that we would be friends. "

Welcome to Massive Craft! I enjoy this server a lot, and I hope you enjoy it even more. Remember to read the Forum and Server Rules, be kind, and have fun! And Michigan being the best stats, so true. However, I think Virginia I think varies the most and contains the most history.
