• Inventory Split Incoming

MassiveCraft will be implementing an inventory split across game modes to improve fairness, balance, and player experience. Each game mode (Roleplay and Survival) will have its own dedicated inventory going forward. To help players prepare, we’ve opened a special storage system to safeguard important items during the transition. For full details, read the announcement here: Game Mode Inventory Split blog post.

Your current inventories, backpacks, and ender chest are in the shared Medieval inventory. When the new Roleplay inventory is created and assigned to the roleplay world(s) you will lose access to your currently stored items.

    Important Dates

    • April 1: Trunk storage opens.
    • May 25: Final day to submit items for storage.
    • June 1: Inventories are officially split.

Please make sure to submit any items you wish to preserve in the trunk storage or one of the roleplay worlds before the deadline. After the split, inventories will no longer carry over between game modes.

well i made my fac less than a week ago and now i realised that factions only cost 100 regals , which i spent 1900 regals extra -_- , we should have been informed of the changes to be made prior to the change at least lets say 2 weeks to 1 month before . now i really wasted 1900 regals. also tax was implemented , its fine for me since its about 200 regals per month for me , a personal faction

As quoted from Cayorion:

Here is a thought experiment for you:

Scenario #1: The faction creation price is lowered.
The players who just bought a Faction will be sad. They feel robbed of the money they just spent.

Scenario #2: The faction creation price is increased.
The players who just decided to create a faction will be sad. They feel robbed because if they had bought the faction just a little while earlier they could have done so for a lower price.

The Point Is:
Any price change will make someone sad. Whether we lower it or increase it does not matter. For the greater good changes must be made. We must move forward. And thus we must make people sad. Sorry :)

ok i understand , just like traits and races.
but just a suggestion you guys should make earlier notifications in future so people can get informed of such matter in future , so maybe they can decide whether to buy their faction before the lowering of faction price or after the lowering of faction price.

So 7 Regals a day. Thats actually pretty cheap, especially for someone who darkrooms like you.
49 regals a week.

Adding the tax will create a supply demand system. People will actually need to find a way to make money in order to keep their faction running. On top of that the faction tax will help keep the amount of factions down.

The way massive works just play the game normally and somehow you will earn regals. Faction taxes are not a big deal if u do something other than running around your faction wating for something to happen.

Ok yes, but, we have no money. It's understanable the any price change will make the a server angry but find an average. You've given people a higher advantage. They don't spend so many regard on their factions so they spend it on tax. Also, there's people who have to buy supplies...I'd say lowering it to 1,250 is a good prive and just get rid of tax. I actually planned on spending my regales that I invested my REAL MONEY into to buy my own personal things...
